Just stop already.

I'm sick of these bullshit posts telling people what works as a diet for one person will work for everyone else in the world. Everyone requires a different damn diet. PERIOD. The evidence is actually against vegetarianism. 99%+ time you see people living past 100, they have meat in their diets. These arguments always use crap fast food junk as a straw man argument against all meat.

"Exercise" is also not a good way to live long, generally. It's better to work for a living at a nice leisurely pace than to sit on ass in an office for 8.5 hours a day and try to cram that amount of time's exercise into an hour-or-less session at a gym with extensive running and other cardio idiocy. These elderly people you see able to run marathons are simply lucky freaks. The majority of runners drop dead from bad tickers at pretty young ages.

Re: my eviction post. The lady's kid, who was overweight, had a poor diet, started drinking a lot, tried to do the running exercise thing because his job was serving soup, and had a lot of loud annoying extramarital sex, well he dropped dead. Early 20s. Yep, exercise and other trendy liberal things really work well.
