The doc has saved many people from diseases and obesity. the proof is in the pudding. the doc is for a starch: corn, potatoes, beans, lentils and rice, along with vegetables and fruit. he is against processed foods, meat and dairy. gluten for most people is of no real concern, GMO he admits are freaky and wrong. you forgot low carb diets. thanks for posting the link to his talk. it's a good one.
