Nutrient-dense foods

should be the mainstay. See insights and research from Weston Price, Chris Kresser, Paul Jaminet. No expensive packaged, processed junk foods, no sugary foods, no or few starchy fillers such as breads, pastas, etc. Organic veggies, especially homegrown are best.
We buy cheaper cuts of grassfed animal meats that offer good quality protein, fat, and bones for 3 levels of nutrition: meat, needed fat, and bone broths.
