That title is a bit misleading

When you said, "Reagan talks of open borders" you are referring the the very last part of this video and he is cut off (by someone's editing) from finishing his sentence... Not a great way to frame a discussion.

He says, "And open the borders both ways (pause not period) by understanding their problems this is.."

Reagan also states earlier, "make it possible for them to come here legally, WITH A WORK PERMIT, and then while they are earning here, THEY PAY TAXES HERE.."

That is a far cry from open borders. As much as I like historical political clips (and I do) this one's title could use modification.

Having said all that, I find it interesting how many of George Bush Sr.'s mannerisms were inherited by George Bush Jr. (the head bob for example).
