Are any of these correct?

1) You wish to not answer my question.

2) You wish to answer my question, but only after I have seen some video that will help me understand your logic after I have watched and you tell me.

3) You can't answer my question, because it is actually beyond logic.

In the case that #2 is in any way close to being remotely accurate, please provide a link to said video.

I don't know if she "needs" to be heading the unit. She already heads the unit, so someone obviously thought she needs to head the unit, those whose job it is to hire someone to head the unit. She didn't just walk off the street willy nilly. The question is does she need to be removed from heading the unit, and if she needs to be removed whose job is it to remove her. Is it Perry's job to remove her?
