In Photos: Worldwide protest against Israeli attack on Gaza

Yes, it's sad that that the media can divert attention from the mass slaughter going on in Gaza. Not that they report it fairly in the first place. Over 2,000 people, many of which are women and children being ripped to shreds with weapons and backing from the U.S... over 10,000 wounded/maimed. Members of Israeli Knesset openly calling for Genocide, rape and concentration camps, nothing to see here, no biggy.. business as usual.

Worldwide protest against Israeli attack on Gaza
The huge world wide protests are not shown here in the U.S. but here are some photos from around the globe:

Here's another article by Ahad Haadam that's worth a read in full, shows the typical discourse on right and left:

Bill Maher and Conservative Agree on Israel and Gaza, Or Why Maher is a Piece Of *hit ( 10 reasons )

Does Bill Maher pretend to be an idiot, or is he really one? This is the question that came to my mind when I watched his latest puke-worthy fawning piece about Israel. The smug talk show host, for whom the expression “progressive except Palestine” was coined, reached new depths with his contempt for Palestinians and support for their oppressors.

In case you missed, great statement by Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu:

TUTU: My plea to the people of Israel – Liberate yourselves by liberating Palestine

Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, in an exclusive article for Haaretz, calls for a global boycott of Israel and urges Israelis and Palestinians to look beyond their leaders for a sustainable solution to the crisis in the Holy Land.
