Dude..... you sound a lot like me. (Type A)

(I prefer a Rocky Patel vintage with more room in the garage though)
Iam 37 married with children and run a business. I can certainly relate to your comments.

Marrage: the 3 "C's": connection, compassion and compromise. (Love is the law)
"Gifts of service" as you have done for your wife not only help her but subconsciously tell her you love her. ( it will be exponentially noticed and appreciated and takes little time)
Very good read:

This year has been very tough for me. Out of exhaustion and frustration I frequently questioned "why am I wasting my life putting all of my effort into things that are not eternally valuable" (IE: working like a slave for federal reserve notes that only loose value and will not bring me true joy) my answer: simply balance. God, family, my sanity, joy in life... Etc. all the important things come first. Then work. Everything else is negotiable and lower priority. (There are always interruptions and exceptions but you deal with those as they come)
Some quotes that helped me through the year:

Don't let anyone steal your joy

Giving up is when you have lost sight of your goals

If you stop thinking then you stop trying. If you stop trying, then you fail

the most powerful thing you can do is change how you think about something.

Focus on what you want, not what you don't want. You will gravitate more towards what you are focused on
