Comment: Make a Wave
Make a Wave
Why not make a wave like people do in stadiums?
Instead of using colored placards, ask participants to wear old white T-shirts, and use red and/or blue paint to stencil Ron Paul's name on them; one letter per shirt. Optionally, you could use red paint to stencil the word, r3VOLution on a series of shirts.
The wave might be implemented with people first facing one way and then the other; front to traffic and then back to traffic. This would be similar to those segmented, louvered billboard signs that change every 30 seconds to expose another message; it would be a human louvered billboard. ;)
In general, taking advantage of existing public cameras seems like a great way to expose your message to the whole world, since most of these cameras can be viewed on the web.
