Judge Napolitano

I think he's a good educator. He speaks slowly, clearly, and precisely. Although he almost seems to be yelling at times, it does keep your attention.

It seemed like he nearly had that entire speech memorized too, including all the dates and details. At one point he misstates a date and immediately says, "strike that" and corrects it.

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano graduated from Princeton University in 1972 and the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1975. He is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey.

For eleven years, Judge Napolitano was an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School, where he taught constitutional law and jurisprudence and was voted most outstanding professor in three different academic years.
