How can he reduce the deficit when he just had Congress appropriate almost $800B to stimulate the economy. Just because it's not a budget item doesn't make it any less an expenditure.

Boy, those in Washington are the true masters of creative accounting.

If our government were operating in the real world...they would have been out of business a long time ago
