Bob Schultz of We the People Congress has explained this ... the only problem with our First Amendment Right to Petition for Redress of Grievances is ... we don't exercise it. Is this not the purpose of WTP and C4L ... providing us with the tools to exercise our rights? ... if we don't use them we don't have them.
