Why does it cost $250,000.00 to appeal a case before the Supreme Court? Isn't that unconstitutional in that it deprives a poor man (or someone that a jack-booted federal agency has stolen from) from jsutice and access to the higher court of appeals? I thought we all had a right to appeal to the highest court in the land when others would not hear our appeal for justice.
I have sent money before (not much) and will send more. If allowed I would like to file a friend of the court brief. Can citizens do this? If so, contact me. Anything I can do to help, I will do.
Also, what about filing charges against all those who have done injustice to him in the context of his case? According to the reports I have read, many violations of his rights were committed.
