Whether he has a U.S. bc is important if the court rules by emotion and finds the 14th amendment does not exclude him by virtue of his father's citizenship and declares Obama natural born. They are less likely to do so if there is doubt to the authenticity of his bc.

As a genealogist I know the Family Search website is not documented. Most information is submitted by any family member and can have mistakes and guesswork. A good starting place for family trees, but not to be relied on for documented accuracy.

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.

To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.

Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president....

Google executive order 13489 the very first thing he did once in office

Upon receipt of a notice of intent to disclose Presidential records, the Attorney General (directly or through the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel) and the Counsel to the President shall review as they deem appropriate the records covered by the notice and consult with each other, the Archivist, and such other executive agencies as they deem appropriate concerning whether invocation of executive privilege is justified.

(b) The Attorney General and the Counsel to the President, in the exercise

of their discretion and after appropriate review and consultation under subsection

(a) of this section, may jointly determine that invocation of executive

privilege is not justified. The Archivist shall be notified promptly of any

such determination.

What this says, is that only the Attorney General and Council to the President, are able to review records' requests and determine if they can be made public or not (what they deem appropriate).

Did you know Eric Holder is a personal close-friend of Obama's? Eric Holder was even on his campaign when usurping for Presidency. Eric has stated himself that he shares Obama's same views on the "World" and "Race".

In effect, what this order does is over-turn the previous executive order by Bush, that Presidential records can be made publicly available through the Freedom of Information Act.

Some folks are still under the illusion that they are operating under the Constitution. You don't need to be a natural born citizen to be president of a corporation. You only need to be a natural citizen if you want to be president of the original American Constitutional republic set up by the founders. Obama is CEO of the U. S. A) NOTHING in our constitution, NOTHING anywhere allows for a foreign born citizen or mercenary to take elective office of the Presidency under any circumstances no matter the case.

B) The Constitution explicitly makes it clear that, no officer who has to hold the office of the President, shall be a foreign citizen due to the possibility of serving "DUAL" allegiances OUTSIDE of the United States Government.

C) If someone is German and only serves Germany, they shouldn't be here at all and should be under arrest. If someone is Israeli and only serves Israel, same thing, except they should be taze shocked before they're DEPORTED!!!

And if someone is in the office of the Presidency, serving and representing these foreign governments for the purpose of a "Zionist Global Government" then - no matter what, they are NOT qualified and should be removed per Article 1.

This indicates that the framers assumed the Law of Nations applied to interactions between the United States of America and foreign countries and foreign nationals in the absence of a specific treaty. The Law of Nations clearly indicates what Barack Obama's citizenship is. If the United States wants to give additional citizenship in addition of what is provided by the Law of Nations, this is its prerogative, but it does not remove the citizenship which nature itself provides. In fact this dual citizenship is hinted at in the Law of Nations Book 1 §215.
