I like Vince Vaugh.
he's a good actor. Seems like he is smarter than say Matt Damion.

This endorsement may awaken other fellow actors to jump
on the band wagon. Vaughn is good friends with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Brad Pitt has done much work helping rebuild New Orleans with affordable storm-proof housing. He is a well admired, box office giant, linked to Robert Redford. If Angelina would endorse, it could be an indication of her braking the UN ties. Anyway, it wouldn't hurt to see some patriots contact celebrities to get their take on this vital issue.

As neocons try to hijack the liberty movement, Vince Vaughn is a bigger deal for us than some might think. Bet he is what, top 7, among biggest movie draws right now? Having heard this, I'm going to see his couples retreat movie and look for other ways to show the guy some love. I THOUGHT I heard him say he was reading the Fountainhead on Leno's show last week. We need millions new friends and VV can help, very exciting.

Update
from Lew Rockwell:
Mann’s Village Theater in Westwood, California, was thronged last night for the premier of the new Vince Vaugh movie, Couples Retreat. But a good deal of the attention was on a non-movie star, Ron Paul. Ron was the special guest of Vaughn, a fellow opponent of the central bank. Vaughn has said of Ron’s End the Fed, “Everyone must read this book — Congressmen and college students, Democrats and Republicans — all Americans.”

Sure enough, here's a picture of him there, with Mrs. Paul:

Early life
Vaughn was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Vernon Lindsay Vaughn, a salesman for a meat company, and Sharon Eileen (née DePalmo), a Canadian-born real estate agent and stockbroker once ranked as one of the United States' top money managers by Bloomberg Wealth Manager magazine.
Afterwards, director Steven Spielberg cast Vaughn in the blockbuster The Lost World: Jurassic Park, which gave him increased exposure. From there, Vaughn went on to appear in several films of varied success, including playing Norman Bates in the 1998 remake of Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. In 2000, he starred in The Cell with Jennifer Lopez, and in 2001, appeared in Made, another film penned by Favreau. Vaughn also appeared in Dwight Yoakam's directorial debut movie South of Heaven, West of Hell.
Since Vaughn's role in the successful 2003 comedy, Old School, his profile skyrocketed, and his notoriety improved. In 2004, he appeared alongside Ben Stiller in the hit films Starsky & Hutch and Dodgeball, and had roles in 2005's Be Cool, Thumbsucker and Mr. & Mrs. Smith
Vaughn has about as much money as the Fed.
Why doesn't he grow a pair, and go public in a big way. He could go on Alex's show, or go on Entertainment Tonight ( not that those bird brain viewers would be any help)
He has enough money to live 50 lifetimes. Why not do what's right?
An endorsement in the back of a book is great and all, but C'MON!!!
People have GOT to start waking up, speaking up, and TAKING ACTION, most importantly.

he is definitely in a position to bring more awareness to the issue...
it certainly would help if more celebrities, or more generally, people with a large audience could start to recruit for the freedom movement.

If Ron Paul were elected president he would be one of, if not the greatest president this country has ever known.
Awesome
Glad to know that Vince Vaughn is down with Dr. Paul's message. I would have never guessed. I wonder how many more celebrities will come out and support END THE FED when it comes out? Not that we need to rely on famous people to get the message out, but it brings more credibility to the cause, especially in the eyes of sheeple. I'm excited for the book to come out :) I have a feeling that it is going to be bigger than "Revolution: A Manifesto".

Yup, Vince Vaughn, the famous actor has a quote in the back cover of the book.
Our message is definitely going mainstream. This is great.
Yeah!
I remember seeing this and posting it in the 1207 update thread. I was confused though, as to how the hell Vince Vaughn got a copy of the book to read and endorse it.

Product Description
In the post-meltdown world, it is irresponsible, ineffective, and ultimately useless to have a serious economic debate without considering and challenging the role of the Federal Reserve.
Most people think of the Fed as an indispensable institution without which the country's economy could not properly function. But in END THE FED, Ron Paul draws on American history, economics, and fascinating stories from his own long political life to argue that the Fed is both corrupt and unconstitutional. It is inflating currency today at nearly a Weimar or Zimbabwe level, a practice that threatens to put us into an inflationary depression where $100 bills are worthless. What most people don't realize is that the Fed -- created by the Morgans and Rockefellers at a private club off the coast of Georgia -- is actually working against their own personal interests. Congressman Paul's urgent appeal to all citizens and officials tells us where we went wrong and what we need to do fix America's economic policy for future generations.
About the Author
Ron Paul, an eleven-term congressman from Texas, is the leading advocate of freedom in our nation's capital. He has devoted his political career to the defense of individual liberty, sound money, and a non-interventionist foreign policy. Judge Andrew Napolitano calls him "the Thomas Jefferson of our day."
After serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force in the 1960s, Dr. Paul moved to Texas to begin a civilian medical practice, delivering over four thousand babies in his career as an obstetrician. He served in Congress from 1976 to 1984, and again from 1996 to the present. He and Carol Paul, his wife of fifty-one years, have five children, eighteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Ron Paul, the New York Post once wrote, is a politician who "cannot be bought by special interests."
"There are few people in public life who, through thick and thin, rain or shine, stick to their principles," added a congressional colleague. "Ron Paul is one of those few."

Thomas Jefferson once said, "The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground."
Well, I guess he called that one.
A Republic, If You Can Keep It
Arlo Guthrie, too More people are waking up to Ron Paul and how
right and honest he is. Too bad it didn't happen before the election, things would be different today.
Review
"Rarely has a single book not only challenged, but decisively changed my mind. "
--Arlo Guthrie
"Everyone must read this book -- Congressmen and college students, Democrats and Republicans -- all Americans. The Federal Reserve, which serves private banks, has compromised our economy and is undermining our freedom. It can and must be stopped now. Ron Paul shows us how and why we must end the Fed. Read this book!"
--Vince Vaughn
Good for Vince,
but I like Arlo Guthrie better. Maybe because that is my generation.
