The probing Beck did, into details of Rand's
views, was helpful. He'd be a great asset in the Senate; I did not think his border-long electrified fence is a good idea (I'd really put elimination of drug laws as top priority, and look at other government-caused factors before such a terrible solution as fencing people in or out; but in most instances he's very sound.
Nice to hear of Beck's personal admission he was wrong in his former belief in a US "big footprint."

True, it does take guts to admit when you are wrong. Its a good sign if Beck is rethinking his foreign policy and this is a step in that direction.
