Who Actually Wrote the Health Care Bill?

for consideration...

In the days of the Romans, scribes were ordered by the Roman Emperor to translate and write things that the Empire wanted to pass as Roman law.

Now { in my opinion } appointed spokespersons who will benefit by the passage of these bills talk into a tape recorder and a modern day scribe/writer writes the portions of the bills that they are directed to write/translate. Then the people in charge who will benefit most, proof read the bill and get the president/emperor to approve what is written, very probably after some changes are made.

Therefore the Emperor/president is the person who takes full responsibility for these bills, because according to our Constitution "ALL" bills are supposed to originate in Congress.

P.S. Roman Emperors were elected in most cases, also.

These bills are written by the people behind the curtain, the manipulators, those in power actually running the country.

Instead of following the money, we should be following the paper trail and that will lead us to the people who need institutionalization.

Great Question! Also, who wrote the Patriot Act, Cap & Trade, Real ID, etc ... It's time we got rid of ALL the attorney's (judicial) from Congress (legislative) it's the most severe CONFLICT of interest and definitely not a SEPARATION OF POWERS!

How do they come up with multi-thousand page bills in a couple of days? Administration to administration what one thing doesn't change. THE FED.

These bills come out of think tanks that are governed by the elitist who have the power to "tell" our Congress people to vote on it without even reading it. Who knows what their long range plan is? Money, population control, universal soverignity.......who knows? Just think how far our Congress people have sold themselves out. Who would have ever dreamed we'd elect representatives that would vote on such sweeping legislation over public opinion without even reading it? I haven't even considered the "content" of the bill yet. It's just unimaginable that a 1000 page bill would be passed into law, while our "lawmakers" admit that they haven't even read it! I say get loud about it!

Most of the companies she help direct started ramping up their Federal government lobbying efforts in 2006. The minimal amount of lobbying data, publicly available, indicates their lobbyists got a lot more attention from our elected officials than you or I ever will...

The democrats have been working on it for years, probably from the Clinton administration. And they want your Congress to vote on it now, without reading it, without understanding it.

It ties together so many executive branches, some existing and some created out of thin air, it nearly forms a new government.

I was watching c-span weeks ago when Tim Geithner was being asked questions and some one on the committee made a comment to T. Geithner if he wrote the Healthcare bill, I'v been hoping that some one caught it and posted it on YT. I'm still waiting
