Who Actually Wrote the Health Care Bill?
Submitted by cactus1010 on Wed, 08/12/2009 - 00:58
Does anyone here know? Because I don't. I don't the name(s) of those who put pen to paper and wrote this. Names please, not generic committees, but actual names.
Someone had to write it. The question is...who?

Bump
for consideration...

Nothing much has changed in 2000 years.
In the days of the Romans, scribes were ordered by the Roman Emperor to translate and write things that the Empire wanted to pass as Roman law.
Now { in my opinion } appointed spokespersons who will benefit by the passage of these bills talk into a tape recorder and a modern day scribe/writer writes the portions of the bills that they are directed to write/translate. Then the people in charge who will benefit most, proof read the bill and get the president/emperor to approve what is written, very probably after some changes are made.
Therefore the Emperor/president is the person who takes full responsibility for these bills, because according to our Constitution "ALL" bills are supposed to originate in Congress.
P.S. Roman Emperors were elected in most cases, also.

WND: Euthanasia advocates authored part of Obamacare
Well, here's who wrote one part...
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=106812
"Part of the controversial Obamacare proposal pending in Congress that discusses "end-of-life" counseling and medical procedures that could be rationed based on the age of the patient and other factors was written by suicide advocates who argue openly for the "right" to death, according to reports. "
"The group Compassion & Choices, formerly known as the Hemlock Society, also says it had a hand in crafting Section 1233"
"The second party claiming authorship of some of the controversial parts of the plan is Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Ore.,"
No Way!
Earl Blumenauer is one of my critters... what a bugger!

Probably Big Pharma. This
Probably Big Pharma. This whole healthcare debacle is just a struggle between the GOP's AMA and Big Insurance vs the Dem's Big Pharma.

Isn't Congress suppose to write the legislation? Why Don't....
They Know What Is In These Bills? A contradiction, isn't it?
These bills are written by the people behind the curtain, the manipulators, those in power actually running the country.
Instead of following the money, we should be following the paper trail and that will lead us to the people who need institutionalization.

The brother of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, Dr. Ezekiel J. Emanuel, a noted bioethicist, is advising the Obama administration on health care reform.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioethics
History
Although bioethical issues have been debated since ancient times, and public attention briefly focused on the role of human subjects in biomedical experiments following the revelation of Nazi experiments conducted during World War II, the modern field of bioethics first emerged as an academic discipline in the 1960s. Technological advances in such diverse areas as organ transplantation and end-of-life care, including the development of kidney dialysis and respirators, posed novel questions regarding when and how care might be withdrawn. These questions often fell upon philosophers and religious scholars, but by the 1970s, bioethical think tanks and academic bioethics programs emerged. Among the earliest such institutions were the Hastings Center (originally known as The Institute of Society, Ethics and the Life Sciences), founded in 1969 by philosopher Daniel Callahan and psychiatrist Willard Gaylin, and the Kennedy Institute of Ethics, established at Georgetown University in 1971. The publication of Principles of Bioethics by James F. Childress and Tom Beauchamp—the first American textbook of bioethics—marked a transformative moment in the discipline.

An added note to your comment...
According to Eric Phelps, a preacher and outspoken critic of the New World Order and the Catholic Church notes in his lecture series "The Vatican Assassins," that Georgetown University is one of the WORST and most CORRUPT branches in American university..
I cannot remember all he detailed, but I assume that the Georgetown administration is highly influenced by decisions approached by Jesuits or what is somtetimes called the Society of Jesus...
I encourage all to check out Eric Phelps series on the Vatican Assassins, while I CANNOT condone all of this man's opinions, he has quite a knack for scrutinizing details though, a wonderful delivery, and well organized and controversial presentation on the Vatican Assassins.
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run.
The man behind the curtain
Don't pay any attention to the shoes sticking out from the behind the curtain. Nobody is there. Go about your business. Only crazies question authority.
Looking for info on Ezekiel

What health care bill? There is no plan.
As far as I know there are as many as four different 'health' plans being touted by the democrats.
Obama just wants the go ahead... he'll tell you what he passed later.
Just trust him.

bumpity bump bump!
Great Question! Also, who wrote the Patriot Act, Cap & Trade, Real ID, etc ... It's time we got rid of ALL the attorney's (judicial) from Congress (legislative) it's the most severe CONFLICT of interest and definitely not a SEPARATION OF POWERS!
Who wrote the bail out bills? Who wrote health care?
How do they come up with multi-thousand page bills in a couple of days? Administration to administration what one thing doesn't change. THE FED.

Tea Party People--Folks that want to be on the winning team, and just so happen to think that the republicans have cuter helmets and jerseys. Don't matter if the two teams always tie to them, they KNOW they really won.
Yup, that's the problem.
These bills come out of think tanks that are governed by the elitist who have the power to "tell" our Congress people to vote on it without even reading it. Who knows what their long range plan is? Money, population control, universal soverignity.......who knows? Just think how far our Congress people have sold themselves out. Who would have ever dreamed we'd elect representatives that would vote on such sweeping legislation over public opinion without even reading it? I haven't even considered the "content" of the bill yet. It's just unimaginable that a 1000 page bill would be passed into law, while our "lawmakers" admit that they haven't even read it! I say get loud about it!

The health care bill
is over 1000 pages, much too large for one person to draft, to large to have been written during the Obama administration.
The democrats have been working on it for years, probably from the Clinton administration. And they want your Congress to vote on it now, without reading it, without understanding it.
It ties together so many executive branches, some existing and some created out of thin air, it nearly forms a new government.
Ezekiel Emanuel
brother of notorious Chicago thug Rahm Emanuel. Seriously. Check it out.

Get ready for a national sales tax. :(
On your policymed link, I clicked on another link to a piece entitled 'Health Care Reform: The Emanuel Way'. An excerpt from it:
"Dr. Emanuel does a great job outlining the various reform plans and their plusses and minuses from his perspective. His plan (Guaranteed Access Plan) is bold and far reaching and would mean changing the entire healthcare system along with adopting a value added tax of at least 10% (national sales tax)."

I suspected the health care bill would be an excuse to slip in a national ID, but I really hadn't considered national sales tax riding in on this horse, too.
Thanks, Gil, for those links.
I second that
And agree.. seriously check it out.
The Fed!
I was watching c-span weeks ago when Tim Geithner was being asked questions and some one on the committee made a comment to T. Geithner if he wrote the Healthcare bill, I'v been hoping that some one caught it and posted it on YT. I'm still waiting
