Jim says there's a good article here on National Review Online that dreams of what a Ron Paul presidency would look like.
There are some new videos from the San Antonio rally and fundraiser at RonPaulAustin.com
Ronald would like to encourage us to vote in this online straw poll at Freedomworks.com
And DuffOMelia sends along that he (?) has recently set upthis site showing Meetup & YouTube Stats. Guess who's ahead?
And finally, this amazing video: Calling out Rudy and Mitt. Not your standard fare, and don't watch if you're offended by profanity. But he makes some great points - e.g. "Republicans don't want to participate in the YouTube debates because they're scared - they only want Fox News & Wolf Blitzer to ask them easy questions that will make them look good," and "If [Republicans] don't want to participate in the YouTube debates and answer questions from the public, then how will they treat the American people once they become president?" But the real reason? "The real reason they’re scared is because they don’t want to face Ron Paul."

National Review article
Sounds like this guy's "old time religion" was still upset at Ghandi for ruining a good thing for his homeboys...if he recognized there is THEFT involved I think one would underestimate the fact that eventually the victims may just do something about it! Sounds like he believes that slaves would still be hoeing fields unless some white folk inadvertently fought a war....no doubt we'd only see some type of negroe stone throwing (a U.S. version of intifada).
When you start tugging on the fabric of society where do stop before it has completely unraveled? Paul is quick to point out in his year 2000 book "a republic if you can keep it" that Franklin and the other unrealistic "nut jobs" this ilk inadvertantly scoff at were aware more than anyone that the Constitution was all about protection of the individual against the government. I guess in reality this guy and other like minded critics are just too convinced that "ideas" have a shelf life and if trampled long enough can never regain their position in life being archaic and all....if there is a choice I choose Paul's willingness to Dream that its never too late than yellow bellied cowardice of those that are just too afraid to fight the King and declare independence...those types existed THEN and NOW. He fulfills perfectly the quote: " A society that will trade a little liberty for a little order will lose both, and deserve neither". The sad part is that essentially, like it or not, we happen to be onboard the same ship...anyone for chucking overboard the dead weight??
give me liberty or give me death
$2.8million
the way i see it, the stats say there are 28,000 meetup members, if everyone gave 100 dollars to the campaign. thats $2.8million dollars! bam! thats just from meetup members alone.would be a nice boost to his $2.4million he has in the bank as i'm sure he hasnt spent any yet which is smart because he knows he will need it later. maybe by the next quarter he could be the six million dollar man.
Another NRO article comment
Also, it wouldn't hurt to let the author of the NRO article know that Dr. Paul doesn't plan an immediate return to the gold standard, but rather a return to hard money in general, likely backed by a suite of resources. This guy seems to think that Dr,. Paul wants a return to the gold standard tomorrow, which even Dr Paul knows would be suicide considering the limited supply of gold and silver that we currently hold.
Bring the Heat! Everyone needs to call out the "TOP TIER"
He's exactly right about the Romney and Rudy, and you might as well throw Thompson in with that mix, because he's just ducking everything and everyone instead of letting us know where he stands and who he really is. He's the biggest wuss of them all.
You want to represent the people, but you won't face a bunch of YouTubers! NO VOTE FOR YOU!
Everyone should submit a Vid that calls these three out.
YouTube debates...
Who would be scared of the questions asked in the YouTube debate? Did anyone reading this actually see the Democrats' YouTube debate? The questions were mostly ridiculous and contrived IMHO.

The National Review article
The National Review article fails to address the point that Ron Paul is conducting a revolution against an oligarchy. His supporters who want to hush up the conspiracy talk do him a disservice.
A better article along the same lines is

Famous Quote from Justice William O. Douglas
"The Constitution is not neutral.
It was designed to take the government
off the backs of people."
National Review Article
The NRO article comes to some pretty negative conclusions. Positive most of the way through though.
