What is the next most important step in our ongoing fight for Liberty?

We have HR1207 going hopefully somewhere. One thing we need to do, is to learn how to focus our energy. Whether that be in your community, statewide, nationwide or what have you. I don't know where else to find people other than here, that are awakened. I know there are other sites, but I don't think they are set up as well for us to communicate with eachother, like they are here.
I don't come to this site all excited. I come disgusted, and with a mission to achieve. I don't find it fun and entertaining to learn about the next barrier or attack the powers that be have set against us. I would say the best way to defeat your enemy is to scatter them around so that they can't achieve anything, and we are our own worst enemy it seems at this point.
We need to pick targets every week or month that we can all vote on to undertake and pinpoint all of our energies at that particular task. One person calling Barney Frank a day on a no compromise HR1207 is not going to do jack shi#! We might as well call him and tell him the R3volution is over and you can take over the country now.
I don't have any suggestions as to how we can get the energy back that we must admit we have lost. Can we all agree that the proactive excitement is withering away? I want that energy back, because to tell you the truth it is killing my motivation. I think it is so very important that hundreds of us contact Barney Frank everyday on a no compromise HR1207. but the thread hardly ever gets bumped. If it was a year ago or so, we would have that thread stay on top until the goal was accomplished.
I do not feel my assumptions are wrong. We cannot stand apart from eachother. We can have our own goals and tasks in mind to work on our own, but there are some things that we need to all ralley behind in order to get them done. Sometimes I feel like shaking some of you and smacking you in the face because it seems you aren't getting excited to be involved. This should be exciting, you are trying to keep your country from being taken over, how the hell is that not exciting.
When I joined the military back in the day, I was excited to think I would be running around getting shot at. Can we make it a point to bump threads that aren't on the active topics page if we think they are important. Today, I went to the history page, and made sure to bump the Barney Frank thread today. I did not feel like going to search for it, but I had the discipline to make myself do it. I don't feel like faxing for the daily HR1207 bomb, it is not fun, but I have the discipline to make myself do it. We need to discipline ourselves as much as possible. Discipline gets things done, when you don't feel like doing them. It is one word we repeated constantely on a daily basis, all day in bootcamp. There is a reason for that.
Can we get a vote on what we will do tomorrow as a unit to accomplish a goal? Please take a minute below this thread to say what you think can be done tomorrow that it is important, we all ralley behind. Can you also commit to whatever is mentioned the most, to participate in that goal in a method that contributes to the success of achieving that goal? Whether it be bumping the thread throughout the day, etc.. I just want to see who on here still holds the fire. Can we centralize some energy like we used to?

What we need to do is "prevail the attitude/ idea... by the EDUCATION of principles of liberty as the founders put it.
I've always seen the rEVOLution as a coalation of individuals, some representing collectives, religious, MSM, commercial, who display various weaknesses and strengths that peak and plumment as we move into the future. The top four headlines "news" are of what the rEVOLution was....
I agree with Ron Paul that it is important to stick with the message of freedom and personal liberties.
Sometimes it's good to be active. Sometimes it's good to take time to study, so you can improve your activeness.
I read your posts tog and I respect you as an activist and appreciate your efforts. If Daily Paul had an activist of the week, and gave stars to those who posted threads that produced results, you would have many stars. That's how I see you. THANK YOU!

May I add. Infiltrate the enemy. Just as they do to us. Go to their meetings. Watch what they are up to. Keep tabs on what is next. Report back. And use it to our advantage.

I stay on my rep and senators consistantly. Luckily they are for the most part staying on track. But I feel there is more I should do. I keep up with all the online petitions. But I feel there is more I should do.

sometime we all get distracted, I didn't make my calls or faxes today, I admit I stunk today, I did have major distractions in the morning, but I didn't have any discipline and didn't do what I needed to do to make this a better world.

future is defeating ObamaCare. This issue is gigantic...can't lose this fight. But we can work on many issues at once.
Keep agitating..keep stirring brush fires....turn up the heat with e-mails, faxes, and phone calls, more town halls, freedom rally's, seek out Ron Paul candidates and work to get them elected, engage the enemy on the popular blogs by refuting them with logic, keep raising hell and don't stop until we have our country back.
Our efforts to this point have produced fantastic results! Let's keep doing what we have been...we can do it all!
Rand Paul
Rand Paul right now should be everyone's highest priority. Indeed there are other Liberty Movement candidates running for congress, but the one that will generate the most excitement would be a successful Rand Paul for US Senate campaign.
What can we all do every day between now and May 18th, 2010 to make sure that Rand Paul wins the Kentucky Republican Primary election?
This will be a most difficult campaign since Sen. Mitch McConnell is such a powerful, well connected and relentless political player who is backing Rand Paul's opponent Trey Grayson. Sen. McConnell is known for his negative campaigns and political trickery. Also, he is probably the most skilled in fundraising over any politician in the last 100 years.
Can Rand Paul win this primary election. Of course he can!
IF everyone rekindles the excitement and motivates a vast army of support.
Someone should be finding the well financed political activists that can be encouraged to purchase LARGE quantities of the "new" upcoming Rally for the Republic DVD's that can be shipped into Kentucky.
If anyone has been looking for a chance to make a real difference supporting and electing Rand Paul to the US Senate from Kentucky would be the most critical pressure point the Freedom Movement could work on.
If Rand Paul can be elected to the US Senate from Kentucky there will be no stopping the Freedom Movement. There simply could not be a more powerful statement. And one that would reap benefits for decades paving the way for many many others.

I would argue that Peter Schiff's run is more important. He will be a more influential Senator. That being said, those two races are our top priority.

and on other threads looking for a freedom loving state, who would be interested in moving to a Rand Paul Kentucky? It could be the real Free State project..........given the right climate. A movement could start from KY. Am I wrong?

is continuing the bombardment of Barney Franks office with a no compromise on HR1207. That is our bill, it is our baby, and we need to nurture it through.
My vote goes to bombarding Barney Frank, so we can finish the job we started. Any more suggestions, so we can try to centralize on one issue?

Harry is in a weak position. He is Senate Majority Leader.
Nevadans, even the ones who voted for him, are beginning to see the light.
There are some challengers to his seat. I haven't looked at all of the yet.
But, like usual there are a couple of bankers and Lawyers.

Personally, I've been waiting for the congresscritters to return to DC to commence faxing again. We've sent so many of them I imagine their paper supply budget must be increased! (That's, of course, if they actually print the faxes).
Now that summer is winding down, I'm hopeful our sense of activism will revive itself. With your guidance and other folks' suggestions, we'll continue to awaken the masses. I truly believe that the freedom and liberty message is one whose time has finally come back into the forefront of people's thoughts!
