Help with swine flu vaccine plz(UPDATE)

Hello, ive been a member here for quite a while and i was wondering if you guys could help me get some good info. I am currently serving active duty and i am almost done with my fourth deployment. I have just found out that the swine flu vaccine is going to be manditory for all service members. Its not a rumor it was on the pentagon channel news, and they said it would probably be in october. I am very opposed to recieving this and other vaccines as you all may understand. So far i have been able to outsmart medical personnel into not getting my anthrax shots but i am worried that this vaccine may be more closely scrutinized. So if my "old tricks" dont work i still plan on refusing it, which may result in njp and then discharge. If anyone has any usefull information for me if the latter situation becomes reality, it would help alot.

-Thanks in advance

Update:
Soooo, i just made a friend in medical dept and they just checked the box next to my name ;).... Kinda reminds me of the saying "From the front the state has a thick steel plate, but is jelly on the sides"

I'm no expert on military law, so this is just a guess

There should be provisions somewhere that detail how to make an objection to receiving certain medical treatment, specifically vaccinations against your will.

There is I am certain, though I don't have a source handy, a provision from the Nuremburg code that prohibits any military from engaging in any experimental medical trials on its soldiers (or anyone else) against their will. I would presume that its worth looking into the UCMJ or the US Code, for similar provisions.

Failing that, I'd take the discharge and even a court martial if necessary. I know that sounds tough, but is the risk of full body paralysis or even death worth it? I'd rather live to explain why I made my decision than take a chance on not being able to explain anything because I either can't speak, or am dead.

Thanks for the info by the way. At least now we know they will try a similar policy as they did with the 1918 flu. Not surprising I know.

Best of luck to you.

To those here so inclined, please send this soldier your prayers for guidance.
