It is the next step in a LONG process, but a critical one
The bill has been in committee. If you track Dr. Paul's history, you will see he introduces wonderful legislation year after year. It all dies in committee. The committee has to debate the bill, make any changes, move to have the bill approved and get a second, and pass a vote to move on to the full Congress. Then the process begins again, The significance here is that this will NOT die in committee, the FULL CONGRESS will HAVE to weigh in on this now. It may not get passed, or it may get tacked to something terrible or something terrible tacked to it, but everyone Congress critter will be forced to take a stand on this issue. And even those who seek only to be re-elected are realizing which way the wind is blowing, and it is OUR WAY. :)

Listen to the Franks youtube, he is trying to derail 1207 by substituting his own bill. I will let this go, I am just glad, but I still think the Frank comment was deliberately misleading to try to cool the fire of 1207. I think they got Tate with it, too.

I am SUCH a cynic, I wrinkle my nose every time I say hope" now but dammit, this gives me hope!
I have found that
replacing the word hope with faith is much nicer. Instead of "I hope this happens." replace with "I have faith this will happen." Your positive intention in using faith instead of hope is a much stronger willful vibration. It was faith that brought us to this point, and the power behind that faith that helped us to creatively manifest this outcome. To hope for something is to sit back and wait and see if things turn your way with little to no effort on your part.
