What happened to America?

America, or united states of America rather, was once a great country. Liberty was rampant, everyone wanted to come to this great land to be free of government control. Everyone was happy, prosperous, fed, and content with this new land.
For over a hundred years the citizens of the usA could be outdone by no other. The government slowly grew, but stayed in its place. Then, in 1868, congress passed the 14th amendment, creating a second type of "citizen". This second type of citizen was the newly freed negro slaves. Because Congress may ONLY legislate over Federal Enclaves, and Federal zones, and they ONLY have control over the people living in those districts, the 14th amendment lumped all negros together, and made them "citizens of the UNITED STATES", which means "Washington D.C." and under the jurisdiction of congress. This action prevented the states from having jurisdiction over the freed slaves, and prevented states from allowing slavery.
Unfortunately for us, and either through trickery, or a by a masterful plan, the term "citizen of the United States" was portrayed to apply to all Americans black or white. This allowed for the loss of state citizenship, and increased the population of the federal zone by millions. The civil rights act of 1871 provides some insight into this claim:

"Every person who under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, Suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer's judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

The united states of America, the country still remains, but the corporation United States, that was started in 1871, is what most of us believe we live in. By making this 'shadow' government, the officials of the united states of America could legally do things they never could before, by simply claiming they are doing it for the United States. For example, the constitution provides that gold and silver ONLY can be used for money, while the United States corporation can use whatever they want. This is why, still today the united states of America makes gold and silver coins.
The United States could also have a draft, while the united states of America can not. Anyone who is a member/employee of the corporation The United States, must have a federal employee number, which is the social security number, and they must follow the rules of the corporation. This is also why we have not declared a war since WW2, the United States corporation is NOT required to declare a war, the united states of America is.
The united states of America may NOT torture, the United States can. The list goes on and on.
The idea that Ron Paul could ever be president of this corporation is absurd, that would be like voting in Steve Jobs as president of Microsoft. It cant happen.
Congress is required by the constitution to meet once per year, which they still do, many of the other meetings are for U.S. Corp.

I know this seems crazy, or conspiratorial, but if you take the time to do the research you will see how it adds up. You will see that people without social security numbers were never drafted.
You will see that Amish, native Americans, Eskimos, and other "non citizens' who reside in one of the union states are not bound by U.S. statutes, you will see that they are not responsible for income tax (unless they contract with the Federal Government), they are allowed to hunt Eagles, fish for salmon, build without permits, travel without license, not enroll their kids in schools, and so on....yet they can still board a plane, go to stores, and live free.

the reason you are NOT free, is because you have inadvertently moved to Washington D.C. where the bill of rights does NOT apply.

Hamrick v. President Bush, DC Circuit, No. 04-5316 (Jan. 26, 2003) a Second Amendment case for National Open Carry Handgun. Dismissed with prejudice by Judge Reggie B. Walton "the Second Amendment does not apply to citizens of District of Columbia".
But then Walton went a step further by adding, "the Bill of Rights does not apply to the District of Columbia because it was intended to protect state citizens, and the District is not a state." This is a sharp contrast to the generally held belief that all American citizens are protected by the Constitution, not just those living in one of the 50 states.
