He managed to catch a scoop that made national headlines long before FOX or CNN managed to get their heads out of their @ss . Not bad for an unemployed slacker that sits on his butt and collects unemploment. Some media outlet in SC should hire this guy as a reporter. He managed to find news that make national headlines way before the MSM did..Way to go Bfrank.!!!!

We need some decent candidate to take on this insult in his next primaries. From what I understand, the democrats are a non issue in this race, so it's all about the primary. Sure doesn't seem like he's winning any new friends amongst likely GOP voters.

"It’s on. The Texas congressman is milking Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-S.C.) attack on his followers and policies for all it’s worth, telling members of his Campaign for Liberty that he’ll mount a media offensive against Republicans who want their party “controlled by the ‘neoconservatives.’”

CNN has shared with my staff that they want to hear from you on this issue. Contact The Situation Room and let them know you think neoconservatism has had its day and it is time for our elected officials to stick to the Constitution."

I guess the motivation to FIND a battle, and go to it, and stand your ground, is saying something.

I live about 8 miles from where Mr. Graham was born and raised. People here vote for him simply because he has an R by his name. Bob Conley was a RON PAUL CANDIDATE who ran as a democrat in '08 to challenge him (Bob realized party mentality was absurd, I assume), so he could get a seat at the table to bring the MESSAGE to DC by representing SC according to the Constitution. He lost because of a core allegiance to the Republican Party.

Personally? The GOP could and should crumble and disappear. The sooner the better. I don't understand why people are so hell-bent on "Taking Back the Republican Party." WHY? If I have paid attention correctly here for 2 years, these parties are responsible, with the corporate banks backing them, for the ruin we're in! Why would you become an alcoholic to cure alcoholism? You may say "apples and oranges" but I believe the sentiment and the motivation and the power-surge are the same, regardless of which color shirt you wear. Everyone believes THEIR VERSION is better for the greater good (or their version OF the greater good). Then you get a group forming around it and you have trouble, baby! Hitler thought that, Stalin thought it, Ghandi thought it, JESUS thought it (although I believe Jesus KNEW IT). I'm not implying any of these were more 'right' or 'wrong' but I believe they may have started off the same way.
Government is a result of the individual's inability to discipline themselves. I realize we have a GOVERNMENT, so no need bashing me because I perceive it on a different level that is, sadly, unattainable. I'm HERE, so I obviously realize what a pickle we're in! I know the rules and I know it's FUBAR. So, why join or ally yourself with what is FUBAR? You want to fix it? A lot of the ones IN IT wanted to "fix it" when they joined it!

If you think taking the GOP is the answer, go for it! I just HOPE you KNOW what your motivation, and what the underlying message, and ideology is. And, then, maintain it. People JOIN CLUBS and compromise their individual values! I think history proves that very few are capable of doing that! Fortunately we are using Ron Paul as a model. However, lots of people use universally benevolent people as a model and somehow manage to totally F it UBAR. (note: look up the acronym FUBAR. I use it so as to not offend).

I see Ron Paul as a man that had a calling and decided to choose a party to get a seat at the table. We ALL know he has been in several in his political career. This is much bigger than a political party. Paul endorses and pushes, in EVERY PARTY HE'S BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH, for individual liberties! INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES! I-N-D-I-V-I-D-U-A-L L-I-B-E-R-T-I-E-S! If you have yourself grounded, that's the best you can ever hope for!

Hey Lindsey, how can we believe you when you say the republican party is 'not going to be the party of angry white guys' when YOU ARE AN ANGRY WHITE GUY? Is he kicking himself out of the republican party? He certainly seems irate about Ron Paul.

South Carolina's Lindsey Graham is a flop. He pretends to be a conservative, but sells out conservatives and insults them while doing so. He pretends to be effective at reaching across party lines, but the only thing he effectively does is help the other party. He inhabits the Senate seat of Strom Thurmond, legendary for great attention to his South Carolina constituents, but Graham spends most of his time trailing behind John McCain like a valet as McCain criss-crosses the country in pursuit of the presidency. He called Ted Kennedy "one of the most principled men I've ever met." In sum, in the words of conservative movement stalwart Richard Viguerie, "Lindsey Graham is part of the problem."

I've been in bed for over a week and can barely sit or walk. But I stuck through those Grahamnesty videos (Thank you BF) and can't sit here much longer.

I'll say I am p'o'd to the nth degree. I'm on the verge of a breakthrough in my activism. I'm not sure where I'm headed but I'm experiencing far too many set-backs that assure me I need to push forward.
