Please Help - Need info on Squalene adjuvants

The local health director was on the radio yesterday talking about H1N1 and urging people to get the shot. He stated that "none of the H1N1 vaccines contain adjuvants".
At the pinnicle of the H1N1 debate are the burning questions.....
1) Has Squalene or other "oil in water" adjuvants been approved by the FDA for usage in H1N1 or other vaccines? I need a link to credible documents.
2) Why has the government ordered 600 Million dollars worth these adjuvants since March 2009 for use with the H1N1 shot.

3) I was told by Law enforcement that they are guarding this vaccine as if it were platinum. Is there anyone out there who has access to the vaccine, and access to a Gas Chromatograph that can test the actual vaccine for the presence of squalene.
4) less reliable information indicates that MF59 has been used in the U.S. without regulatory approval for 12 years

Can anyone provide more credible information on that.
If infact the vaccine companies are using these adjuvants without required FDA approval it will crack this case like a walnut.
