Ethics or Intimidation: Birther Judge Carter Stands To Be Recused
David O. Carter (born 1944 in Providence, Rhode Island) is a United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California. Assumed office October 22, 1998, Nominated by Bill Clinton. Carter is hearing the case Barnett vs Obama, questioning the legitimacy of the President's office.
On October 1, just four days before the Motion To Dismiss hearing, Carter hired Siddharth Velamoor to serve as one of his two official clerks, from Oct. 1, 2009, till Sept. 30, 2010. Velamoor is a lawyer who works for a law firm where Robert F. Bauer, one of Obama’s top lawyers is a partner. Bauer’s wife is none other than Anita Dunn, the White House Communication’s Director.
The unethical placement of Velamoor on Judge Carter's staff means the case is extremely flexible, and a waste of time. It does not matter either way the case would go, the whole case is invalid. If the case goes against the plaintiff, Orly Taitz will file motion for Judge Carter's recusal. If it is in favor of the plaintiff, the Judge will have himself recused.
Was this a conspiracy (theory?) right out of the Clinton style politics? Obama/Chicago style strategy? Or, is this how Judge Carter saves face by agreeing to hear the case, but, the outcome is worthless? I guess we'll have to wait for the movie. I'm sure it will baffle even the most dedicated John Grisham fan.

has revealed his spots. He is no Oath Keeper, he is a poor example of an American and a Marine and is obviously a sell-out lacking in integrity and morals. After dismissing a case exposing a clear and present danger to America he now stands naked for all to see - a shining example of what the promiscuous judicial system really is.

Siddharth Velamoor is the lawyer chosen by Carter to serve as one of his two official clerks, from Oct. 1, 2009, till Sept. 30, 2010, according to Wikipedia. Velamoor is listed as an associate with Perkins Coie, LLP’s office in Seattle, Washington. It is not clear if he has broken his relations with the firm. Perkins Coie, LLP did represent Obama in a previous case litigated by Dr. Orly Taitz last winter.
Robert F. Bauer, is a partner of Perkins Coie, LLP’s office in Washington, D.C.. His bio at the company identifies him as holding the Chair of the Political Law group at the firm; general counsel to Obama’s Campaign for America and general counsel to the Democratic National Committee.
Mr. Bauer’s wife is none other than Anita Dunn, the Whitehouse Communication’s Director.
Mr. Bauer, who represented Obama in a case challenging his eligibility in the spring, wrote a letter on April 3, threatening a citizen if he should continue to seek justice in the courts. You can read more about that case and letter here.

Obama is a reality show
Obama is and always has been the newest reality show. His BC will never see the light of day OR it will be released with enough speculation that people will claim it's fake.
See, Obama is a distraction from the fed and the highstakes gamble they have taken. The birther issue will conveniently be pulled out of a hate when the audit the fed bill get's too close to home.
It's almost like a stage show unfolding before us. Everything is planned, set up and put in motion. few mavericks, like Ron Paul are in the mix. The dis-info campaign is in full swing. We are being played by two sides of the same coin. Tiaz is also an Israeli citizen and has an escape route set up is her bid fails. Obama's right hand man is was an Israeli as well.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the Israeli influence behind Obama and the birther movements, the conspiracy theories and the connection to the Fed.
It's all a show guys. get yourself some popcorn and milk duds.
Return our Republic to its roots.
Another nutty accusation ....
THe Judge's clerk no longer works for a law firm; he works for the judge, exclusively. Don't imagine that somehow his brief connection with a firm which has a politically-connected lawyer somehow guides his whole professional life. I'd bet that the law firm, which is moderately large, includes at least one lawyer with Republican connections.
Taitz is already feathering her landing spot for when she loses this case.
