This is Rep. Alan Grayson and Rep. Paul Broun discussing a bill to deny funds to one specific named organization in a Science and Technology markup. Such a bill is known as 'a bill of attainder'.

Anybody who brings up party politics is an ignorant twit...All representatives should be looked at as individuals with an oath to uphold the Constitution. If the individual representative can't uphold his oath then he should never have took it and needs to be relieved of office immediately.
