really funny

This is great comedy. Definitely worth watching.

Symptom of government defining marriage

That one group is trying to define marriage for the rest of society is a symptom of government interference in marriage.

About 35 years ago, the states retroactively redefined marriage -- even for those already married -- to allow unilateral divorce. What was once a crime -- abandoning a spouse -- became a right. It became easier to leave a spouse than to break a lease.

This 2010 proposition goes to the other extreme -- prohibiting divorce altogether.

The middle -- the common-sense approach -- is to allow mutual divorce. Some people are writing their own legal marriage agreements now because they disagree with the government's current definition and the government's ability to retroactively change terms and conditions. This is the way it should have been from the beginning.

This particular effort in California to ban divorce is just a symptom of government involvement in marriage.

Ya

Ya but it's kind of to prove a point with the whole protecting marriage thing as a reason to prohibit gay marriage.

How hard do you want it to be to get a divorce?

In association with...

Acme Comedy Productions! I can't tell if this is a joke or not, but I found everything in the video to be completely hillarious.

uhhh

No, they're actually trying to get signatures.

People will probably vote for it too because they see Marriage Protection as the name, and they will think it's something to do with gay marriage.

Plus all the liberals will vote for it to spite the people against proposition whatever it was the last election.

There is some outside chance that could pass. haha

Please read the comments.

They're hilarious.
