I expect the Continental Congress 2009 to:
a. succinctly identify past legislative actions that have consented to the formation or erection of ‘a state within a state’ contrary to Article IV§3,
b. describe and brainstorm possible solutions that will alter, reform or abolish unconstitutionally promulgated legislation,
c. evaluate each possible solution to reinstate the principles of our nation’s constitutionally defined and guaranteed republican form of government in terms of time, money and effort,
d. strategize in setting measurable objectives with which to accomplish the goal of reestablishing the principles of our nation’s constitutional government,
e. assign responsibilities for action and follow-up, and
f. set a date to reconvene to measure and discuss progress toward the objectives and learn from our successes and mistakes of the strategies implemented.
9. What do you believe it will take to save our republic?
Repetition of 8 a through f until the goal of reinstating the principles of our constitutionally defined government is attained.
10. Do you believe that all of the Amendments to the U.S. Constitution have been properly ratified? If not, explain.
I believe that there is enough objective evidence to support that not all Amendments to the U.S. Constitution were properly ratified. I further recommend that ALL Amendments to the U.S. Constitution be reviewed by this Congress for their constitutional consistency.

These Delegates are thinking
These Delegates are thinking out loud, using us as a sounding board. So, let's help out with suggestions or recommendations. They want to be prepared in many areas. This is good. These are patriots worthy of the name. They won't disappoint us. They are shadow-boxing now and the more they THINK, the more thoughts are produced, and in some of those thoughts lie the keys of RESTORATION.

us any good. I think CC09 is a great plan, but it would be better to have some of us tailing these congress critters and reviewing their lives so we can get the same dirt on them that the elites have in order to control their agendas.

There are some retired judges that have been tracking this stuff for years. They just love the details and man, do they have the documents. Could save you guys some time, since they practically can quote them.
Also the investigations on the Hill are ringing alarms; haven't made much news but sure has some traitors sweating. Leaks are flowing too steady to plug. Ain't life grand?
