Here is the Peter Schiff interview from Fast Money on CNBC just a short while ago:
There is always someone smiling or snickering when he's interviewed. I would think that when someone has been right so many times they would start to take him more seriously.

They laughed particularly hard when he said the fake economy will end and the new economy will begin.
To me that is the main reason why Buffett bought the railroad it is classic depression era thinking. Things will be expensive but people will still need them. If you own railroads you can set high prices for high priced commodities that people need. Peter mentioned coal, but lumber, food, steel, ore, hard goods, soft goods, milk, water...
