Thank you.
Thanks to Ron Paul, and the r3volution. I am so well informed it seems like I am one step ahead of everyone else. Who would have thought I would be preaching about liberty and the Austrian business cycle theory. I took a leap of faith in '07 and cashed in my 401k and bought gold with it. Wow. I was the laughing stock at work and with family and friends, now they refer to me as the guru. I tried to rally the troops with the Ron Paul campaign and tea party. Again people just were not into it, but look around today. r3VOLution is in the air. Obama and his agenda are failing. Republicans are getting back to the message of limited government, less taxes, and less spending. Its music to my ears. Ron Paul 2012 is already started.
Keep up the good work.

I have been praying for this country
for a long time to get back to the Constitution. Thank you for reminding me that a revolution is indeed happening. People are finally waking up. It is everywhere, not the least on the Dailypaul. Thank you too, Michael.
Good for you for converting your 401K!!!!
I had a client who lost 50% of his 401K. He closed out what he had left and began buying foreclosed properties and got reno loans to bring them up to date. He now has two additional homes to rent out or turn over if he wants. He is doing great and the huge effort is helping to replace the losses.
I am thinking of buying up foreclosed homes now too. I can hire really great workmen to improve them and help out the community from going down hill.

That's what we have been doing..
we've done 5 houses this year so far. Buying very low priced homes in cheaper neighborhoods and making them by far the nicest homes on the block, and reselling them. There isn't nearly the risk of trying to "flip" an expensive home, and you can always rent them out if there is a problem selling them. We're not greedy in any way, and in fact I get most of our material through craigslist when I can find it. That way we can sell homes cheap and still make a good profit.
The other day a lady came up to us and wanted to know if we wanted her mothers old house. We checked it out and offered her X dollars...she said no. She simply wanted to give us the house for paying the back taxes and a few small city liens for tall grass. It's now a done deal. The neighborhoods really like it, and in fact you can notice people outside improving their yards and such after we get started. It is a good feeling.
I love these
bursts of gratefulness and lovng posts.
I bump for spreading a good word
