Secretary of Defense: Jesse Ventura

Attorney General: Andrew Napolitano

Secretary of the Interior: ?

Secretary of Agriculture: ?

Secretary of Commerce: Abolished

Secretary of Labor: ?

Secretary of Health and Human Services: ?

Secretary of Education: Abolished

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development: Abolished

Secretary of Transportation: ?

Secretary of Energy: ?

Secretary of Veterans Affairs: ?

Secretary of Homeland Security: Abolished, back to US Immigration, US Customs, and US Agriculture

Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency: ?

Director of the Office of Management and Budget: ?

Ambassador to the United Nations: Not filled after pulling out

Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers: Thomas E. Woods, Jr.

CIA Director: Philip Girardi
