But if he wins, I will never debunk the strawpeople again.

I'm not sure what this is
I'm not sure what this is all about, but it seems to me as though you put 100% faith into judges making the right decisions all the time and always on the side of justice. Quite simply, that is not always the case.
Take for example the two judges in PA who were wrongfully sending kids to some prison boot camp for many months just so that they could line their pockets with kickbacks from the company running those youth prisons. Fortunately, those judges were caught and have been sentenced to something like 10 years in prison for their crimes.
Anyhow, I just wanted to point out that it's not always cut and dry as it seems. Judges can be wrong and they can be criminal as well.
What is fair i've won
6 cases myself this year and i am not a attorney so if this guy wins you better
cheer because the fraud will be exposed on the highest level, if he loses then
the story remains the same. I don't believe we should attack him we should
support him, just think a man thats fighting for the whole country.

I don't call people names, I make fun of bad ideas. You must have me confused with hawkiye, who only calls names and doesn't debate. And I've gone through so many conversations about this it isn't even funny, each time I provide case numbers and documents, which are then discredited because people read with their hope glasses on. Anyway, we have a deal. If he wins, I'll never make a counterpoint to the strawpeople, but if it gets thrown out or dismissed, 2 months from the date we don;t hear a peep about strawpeople from you.
Not sure if you provided the juristiction on this yet, I would like to keep track of this "case"
And don;t get me wrong, I support people going against the government, and I really do hope he wins.

I wonder mike why is it you are always so negative about people sharing info
about how they won court cases in easy mannered ways and are so excited they share the info to help. mike please wake up tyrants can only be tyrants if you let them get away with it and you my friend are speaking against a noble cause it's called freedom. mike please wake up and help us share the info with the public instead of ragging on us people that truly want to help this country.

I'm never negative about people winning cases
I've yet to see it. This was not a won case, it is a filing. I just don't understand how people expect to defeat a system by pleading to the oppressors.
I don't know what it takes before people realize it's a bunch of bs, but I do know that they're usually too embarrassed or incarcerated to admit they've been taken for a long ride to nowhere.
I know there's a corporate USA that has taken over the Constitutional government, but I don't think asking them to play nice or threatening them with unenforceable charges does one bit of good. In fact, I think it detracts from the real issues and takes good people out of the movement. If you ever find a success story, let me know.

I think it's awesome if they won.
It's not that I don't know the real deal or agree with the current system. I see this stuff as a major detour, but if it's working I'm all for it. There's a mafia analogy to all this.

when you expose the real issues. I feel we have had great movements in the past but there was no direction or education system to give them direction to do this. honestly i believe from experience that this really is the only detour, when the people are not educated on the issues and leading they are leading other people to there demise I see that as a great danger to there freedom and we all should help anyway we can to educate our brothers and sisters in america.
p.s. sir i commend you for your work on this site and respect you as a freeborn sovereign inhabitant and as a equal i ask you to share the winning info with other members as soon as i get it to you please?

it's hard to explain but,
this is in reference, to a court case that starts friday if rodney wins its finally over my friend the corporate power all over america will be broken into tiny little bitty pieces and the people will no longer be slaves to the united states corporation and we as a countrymen of our states will then be once again freeborn.
so this is actually great news for the world and the case should be followed i think we need camera's on rodney dale at court this would be beautiful for every american to see the whole show exposed in court. if we got a patriot in america they should be at this hearing.

The case is styled, by the Court, as a "Complaint for Fraud" on behalf of the American people and places ALL interlocking Corporate Charters in this country in question. This means that the Federal Corporate charters, on down to the smallest political subdivisions (city or town), are in jeopardy and alleged to be in violation of their written and enumerated Fiduciary duties.
In addition, because of the style of the Plaintiff's filing, ALL courts in the 50 states, including the United States Supreme Court, have been interlocked as parties to this suit.
Rodney Dale Class of High Shoals, North Carolina filed the case in conjunction with Carl Weston of Oklahoma with both serving as Private Attorneys General on behalf of the American people.
