Lallapalooza for Liberty?...Merging MoneyBombs with Tea Parties...
My idea to raise awareness, liberty, and cash for liberty groups and candidates over the next spring and summer - a tour - call it Liberty Fest or Tea Party Party..I don't know, we'll throw a few names around...
I envision a diverse set of liberty minded musicians/performers mixed in with a speaker or two and local liberty candidates on tour across the country ...I envision it as a weekend celebration of liberty...a Lalapalooza for Liberty.....
I have two artists - James Kole and Reggie Saddler - ready to go and excited about it...
I just need 8 or so more liberty artists and at least one headliner..(and a few non-musical acts)....
I also work on the side for the vp of an entertainment company (I managed his congressional campaign last year) and he is willing to put his feelers out there and help guide me as far as the logistics of this goes...
But I don't want this to be just my project - I want this to be all of ours...so....who knows/is an artist/performer - or can help with the nuts and bolts - from a website and promotions to nailing down sites to have this at - this is going to take alot of work to make happen...but doesn't it sound like a good time?!

It should be bigger and better than ever. If we can keep the fires burning on this issue and get some more talent I'll certainly contact some heavy hitters in the region.

I love the idea of an annual concert series....people pay to go see live music anyways....why not live music and a few speaches on liberty!

timing is perfect and it would be great if some of the candidates could come and give a short speech. Gee, we had some many talented people last year who had their music on here. Good luck, I think it is a wonderful fun idea that would attract the young and old alike.
