Protesters Breach West Bank Separation Wall
The protest in Nilin was held today to mark the 20th anniversary to the fall of the Berlin wall, which has been declared an international day of action against Israel's barrier.
The 300 demonstrators managed to topple a part of the eight meters tall concrete wall that cuts through the village's land.
Since Israel began its construction in the year 2002, This is the first time demonstrators succeed in toppling a part of Israel's barrier which is a concrete wall. One of the demonstrators, Moheeb Khawaja, said during the protest: "Twenty years ago no one had thought the monster that divided Berlin into two could be brought down, but in only two days in November, it did. Today we have proven that this can also be done here and now. It is our land beyond this wall, and we will not give up on it. We will win for a simple reason - justice is on our side."

I spoke to a couple Palestinian girls who go to my college. They say their movement is restricted by the Israelis. Sounds pretty fascist.
Not exactly true
Before the creation of Israel and Palestine the two areas were part of Jordan and the whole area was considered Palestine and to this day the majority of Jordanians consider themselves Palestinian. Israel was willing to allow the West Bank to integrate back into Jordan but that's the last thing Jordan wants. Why? Because the area is a hotbed of instability that they'd rather not have to deal with. So Israel is stuck with the problem of dealing with a people who have a minority group who refuses peace and would like to see the Jews drown in the sea.
I don't follow the globalist idea that people in one area can claim an area they don't live in as theirs. If Miami wanted to split off and join Cuba, that would be the decision of the people in Miami, I don't live in Miami so I don't have a say. In that sense, yes I believe the Palestinians have a right to self-determination, however, they do not have the right to claim Israel as theirs when they don't live there. If Arabs can prove that land left in Israel was theirs that they abandoned during the wars, they have the right to it, and the Israeli government has done a good job of returning that land to them. At the same time though, the Israeli's have the right to protect themselves as does anyone, so if Palestinians are lobbing rockets into Israel they have the right to stop them.
