What if people started withdrawing their US citizenship ...
What if people started sending letters to their president, representatives and senators that they are withdrawing their US citizenship until the government returns to following the constitution.
The point is, the relationship between the public and the government is in essence a contract. And if enough people stated sending in letters saying they intend to terminate that contract, that would scare the hell out of them!
Judging from the growing anger, I bet the mail would be overwhelming.

Actually, This is a must for
Actually, This is a must for everyone who wants true freedom. Two years ago I applied for a USA Passport, I crossed out the line that said "this document may not be altered" BS... you can alter any unsigned contract. I attached a 4 page affidavit stating I was NOT a United States citizen according to the 14th amendment but was in fact of the class of We the People. I cited several supreme court cases backing my position, I did not provide a SSN and I RECIEVED THE PASSPORT in 8 days in the mail (sent fed-ex not usps) This was when everyone else was taking up to six months to recieve their passport. The person I talked to from the NC Passport Office claimed "Your research was very thorough, good job"
People Wake-up! We have all been decieved into contracts where we have declared under penalty of perjury that we are citizens of the corporation United States.
(see: http://www.law.cornell.ed... )
The United States Corp has exclusive juristiction over the 10 miles square (Washington D.C.) and foriegn to We the People.
Stop claiming them as your government and start being free men once again.

"Your research was very thorough, good job"
Total BS.
Your response "BS" is a
Your response "BS" is a monument to your intelligence. Go continue to lap the hand of your master and may your chains lay light on your shoulders.
You didn't even take time to read the links I provided. I conclude you are either ignorant or a Gov. Shill. However, I still have my Passport without compromising my True Citizenship or using an SSN. I think the BS you are smelling is your head stuck far up your own ass.

Also, I was born on this land therefore I am a Native American and not a corporate slave.

I don't need to read your links. You are a US citizen unless you never were one, are a Native American, moved to another country and expatriated, or were convicted of treason. End of story. You are full of it, your story is made up.
WOW
You've made my point. For anyone following this dialogue, I hope you can see the logic being used by Furlough-Buzz. I have nothing to gain by sharing my story except the hope that the people of this great land start to reclaim their Birthright. If you choose to research, great. if not Great.
but to call my experience "made-up" because it threatens his reality is a typical response made out of ignorance or arrogance.
Have a nice day,

I'm interested in your expertise. Question, can't you renounce your citizenship and still remain in the country?
I sent you a response but

I am attaching a couple links to help you with your research. I have no affilliation with these sites but have found their info to be accurate. Read the Supreme court cases on Citizenship for yourself and you will realize you Can be a State Citizen while not being a Federal "citizen of the United States". State Citizens have unalienable rights while citizens of the United States have priviledges and immunities (read 14th amendment)

doesn't matter
it's still a fantasy. Maybe you had a dream and this happened, that is something I can believe. Sorry, my BS meter went off the charts when I read your "story"
have a great day. And I am considering withdrawing my citizenship, by leaving the Country, the only way to do it.
Furlough's an idiot
Ignore him.
You can use a "release and terminate" on your birth certificate, social security #, driver's license, etc. You get the point.
Juliusbragg has done this, and has been helping me through e-mail to understand the process. Basically, you terminate any of the "benefits" of being a U.S. citizen, but you're a complete free man on the land.
Your birth certificate creates your prepaid account in the U.S. Treasury, and your SS# creates your IMF (Individual Master File). The birth certificate is the creation of your STRAWMAN, your legal fiction (your all caps name, found on any document you receive in the mail, your driver's license, your BC, etc.). Your STRAWMAN (JOHN J. DOE vs. John Joseph Doe, who you really are) is the agent by which you work within the UNITED STATES corporation.
Since you are priceless as a human being, your birth certificate has a value of UNLIMITED. Until we reclaim our Birth Certificate through the Acceptance for Value process...
http://vinyasi-public-rec...
...the government continues to use our credit and charge it to our prepaid account. We create credit through our labor--money is created on our signature. If you claim your STRAWMAN as only you can with a UCC-1 filing, Accepting your BC for value, and the rest of the filing process, you can then reclaim your status as a secured party creditor.
Now, this isn't the same as terminating your SS#, BC, etc...this is using it to your advantage. Once FDR took all the gold/silver with his executive order for corporate UNITED STATES' bankruptcy to the international bankers (little did folks of the time know, but executive orders only apply to federal employees and while we are all federal employees these days due to our birth certificates, they didn't have BCs at that time and therefore were all sovereign and exempt from that order), there was no money to pay for anything anymore.
So, obviously the gold and silver wasn't enough to cover the bankruptcy, so they drew up a plan (HJR 192 being the main component) to collateralize all property and citizens for the debt. Therefore, our labor became the payment for the debt. However, we didn't create the debt, therefore, we can't be collateralized without our consent. Enter--the birth certificate and social security #. Everything is about contracts.
In exchange, since we're in bankruptcy, and since our credit is used to create everything, everything in essence is already paid for.
If you buy a car for $10,000, then $10,000 of that is a tax because our credit already paid for that car. There is no real money. A Federal Reserve Note isn't money, it's a Note, and a Note is a "promise to pay". We accepts FRNs in good faith that it is currency. That doesn't make it currency. Our entire economy is based on good faith and credit, with credit being labor, and labor being what we produce.
Meanwhile, until you order the secretary of the treasury to settle and close your account, you are liable for all of the credit that is being charged to your account. You may have unwittingly of funded a drug trade in Afghanistan. We're all in debt as a result of this process, but we have the tools and information these days to remedy it.

to actually do it
If you are not a Native American, to do this you need to leave the country and send your letter of withdrawal to a US diplomatic office abroad. See 8 USC sec. 1481. There are a few ugly exceptions, such as if you obtained your citizenship by fraud or it is taken from you for treason. For a current citizen, it's impossible to still live in here and not be a citizen. I guess you could go through expatriation process and swear allegiance to another country and then move back into the US. I think you are still liable for taxes 10 years after the process anyway.
I like the idea though. Anyone telling you that you can become a national or whatever is only a "national" in their mind. It is not recognized by the courts and they will prosecute you for trying to avoid legal process by using such methods.
They are way ahead of you RW
A friend of mind has been talking about renouncing his citizenship for some time. He has been studying the specifics of accomplishing that. He told me that a law was passed recently that imposes a 50% penalty on total net worth to renounce US citizenship. In anticipation of this law being passed the State Dept stopped processing applications to renounce citizenship several months before passage.
No One Here Gets Out Alive.
Yep....
Hitler did basically the same thing to the Jews... a tax for leaving the country.
Not that I would compare Hitler's Germany and the current US of A....
Most of the citizenry in Germany had it better than we will.
Well it could be a letter of intent not a letter of execution
The point is, the relationship between the public and the government is in essence a contract. And if enough people stated sending in letters saying they intend to terminate the contract, that would scare the hell out of them!
No need to bluff
soon none of us hi-tech slaves will have positive net worth so the penalty will not be a deterrent. I love lemonade.
