Off Topic but urgent: Can anyone direct me to the discussion

about the guy who drives a car without a licence and has the law on his side doing so. Never even had a licence if I remember correctly. He uses some kind of legal reasoning and no judge can fault him on it either.

Please if you have that info, post it.

A fellow patriot had the misfortune letting his licence expire, got pulled up by the cops and is now in a lot of strife because of the car needed to be able to work.

There is also a site called www.lawlearners.net (hat tip to hawkiye) with some info

That's all I have time to grab right now, but I hope it helps.

Part of our difficulty is having been tricked into thinking we have to register our modes of private transportation with the state. There is some discussion that having done so, we then need that DL in order to use that mode of transportation because the state defines it as a motor vehicle (which is a commercial vehicle) which requires a license to operate. We can rescind that according to some by sending the appropriate notices to try and retrieve our title to the car from the state. Sometimes it is all just so overwhelming that I go and hide for a while before emerging to try and fight these personal liberty battles again. I hate paperwork (love working with words--that's why I am an editor--but hate paperwork!).
