Pete Hendrickson, who writes on the legality of the income tax, essentially demonstrating that it is not a legal necessity for most Americans to file and pay. He shows that they believe they must, and do, and obligate themselves VOLUNTARILY.
He was recently found guilty by a jury on numerous charges.
The key consideration is that the government did not allow the jury to see the law, nor was the law discussed, and the subterfuge carried their minds and the decision to find him guilty.

The fact is that he needs money to appeal this. This is groundbreaking work he is up to. He is grinding against the foundation of the modern corporatist state, and needs our help.
