Muslims are not your enemy, anymore than Jews or Catholics or Mormons. They have been targeted by our criminal politicians in the same manner that the Jews were vilified by the Nazis. It's not the Muslims who are destroying your civil rights - it's our own politicians.

It's not the Muslims who passed the Patriot Act. It's not Muslims who spy on the American people. It's not Muslims who identify returning Iraqi veterans as "potential terrorists". In fact, the terrorists who attacked us on 11 September are not representative of over one billion Muslims. These terrorists are cannon fodder for gangster politicians in the Middle East who claim to be "religious leaders". And they were inflamed against us by our own politicians.

The greatest threat to our freedoms are not coming from the Middle East, it is coming from Washington DC. It's not the Muslims you need to worry about, it's the globalist megalomaniacs, who promote continual undeclared wars. It's those politicians who promote hatred - hatred against Muslims, hatred against returning veterans, hatred against gun owners and hatred against Ron Paul supporters.

Who cares if he is actually a Muslim?? No matter what his religion is, he still supports our intervention in the middle east, socialized medicine, corporate bailouts, and the federal reserve! How about we pay attention to the things that actually matter, and not his "faith".

This line of thinking is stupid and distracting. There are real actual issues to be concerned about. Fear mongering about the president's supposed muslim beliefs feeds into the neoconservative push for Islamophobia. Don't fall into this trap, please. This is the line of thinking that allowed Americans to be duped into two illegal wars in the last 7 years.

The deep bowing was over the top, and the slip where he said, "my Islam faith" makes you go hmm, but beyond that, it seemed pretty innocuous, despite the editor's malicious editing. It's sure better than further antagonizing people who already hate us and are eager to die to prove it.

Actions speak louder than words. The video that we should be concerned about is the one that will come out when he announces he's sending more troops to Afghanistan.
