Call me "anti-science" but I wish they would stop being surprised.

I am less impressed with what they understand than I am worried about the apparent endless depth of things they do NOT understand. Yet they proceed right along cheerily as though they were right on top of everything.

a child when I thought it would be fun to put a marble in my mouth.
I'm a fan of serendipitous science.
Mega-danger lurks in many places but I wouldn't place the LHC at the top of the list.

That is my complaint. "Serendipity" is when it is good. So far, this is the first "good" surprise.
