He'll sign anything . . . . . . .

He's a "nobel prize winner!" -Lord C. Monckton-

War is peace.

In commie lango, the word peace means, "the absence of opposition ."

Have a double plus good day.

That's exactly right - we're embarrassed!!

Dr. Paul speaks for all of us.

F**K OBAMA

Ron Paul is my President..

"I don't want to be in a battle . . . but
waiting on the edge of one I can't escape
is even worse"

"I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve."

Just goes to show what the

Just goes to show what the Nobel Peace Prize is all about. War is Peace. Slavery is Freedom. Ignorance is Power.

The Department of Homeland Terrorism is "protecting our freedom" by demolishing the Bill of Rights, and demonizing returning Iraqi veterans as "potential terrorists".

.

This situation begs for a referral to George Orwell's 1984.

It's bizarre how many words people in the MSM can make up to rationalize it, as if it makes any sense.

"It's ironic, but..."

No. It's just plain bullshit.

Dr. Paul is right again!

What kind of a sham this "Peace" prize is.

Anyone who applauds this must be some kind of IDIOT.

We will not be coming home in 2011 anymore than we have come home from the 700 military bases in 130 countries around the world.

But we will eventually come home just like the Romans, British and Russians did when thier empire-building adventurisms ran out of money.

Obama is simply a big-government / central bank's best friend doing exactly their bidding under a magician-like guise of promoting peace.

They absolutely love this guy and that is why he not only got elected but is receiving this joke of a prize.

RON PAUL should be getting the Peace Prize if it REALLY represented the idea of PEACE.

I love it!

...how can the lame street media "spin" this in ANY way positive?

a nobel peace prize to a war president in office for 11 days!!!

this will be a wake up call for everybody, the worm is turning!!!

O Captain! My Captain! Rise up and hear the bells!

O Captain! My Captain! Rise up and hear the bells!

Nobel Prize comes full circle

With President Obama's acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize today, a full circle has come about. Alfred Nobel himself was the inventor of dynamite, was he not? And, dismayed that his useful mining tool found a greater purpose in the weapons of war, left an endowment honoring future proponents of peace and progress. But with the awarding of this honor to the supreme commander of an active and engaged armed force, right on the cusp of a majour military offensive that will kill untold numbers of innocent civilians and soldiers for nothing more than generals' egos and weapons manufacturers' profits, well, Alfred Nobel's intentions have been ridiculed and disparaged beyond repair. Henceforth, Nobel's name must be associated with the biggest use of his invention: killing people, destroying things, and leaving a wasteland of suffering and misery in its wake.

I think I saw it on the YouTube comments

Alfred Nobel invented TNT,
well, then it all makes sense again.

One clear truth teller

lights up the darkness. The Nobel Peace Prize should be renamed
The Nobel Suck Up to Power Prize.

Obama defends war in Nobel prize speech

One of the hypocrisies of our time.

US President Barack Obama has received the gold Nobel Peace Prize medal and diploma in a lavish ceremony in Norway.

Mr Obama accepted the prize with "deep gratitude and great humility" but warned that war was sometimes necessary despite its "acute" human tragedy.

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr Obama said the United States must uphold moral standards when waging wars that are necessary and justified.

He said violent conflict would not be eradicated "in our lifetimes", there would be times when nations would need to fight just wars and he would not stand idle in the face of threats to the American people.

"Where force is necessary, we have a moral and strategic interest in binding ourselves to certain rules of conduct," he said.

"And even as we confront a vicious adversary that abides by no rules, I believe that the United States of America must remain a standard bearer in the conduct of war."
