Ron Paul with Howard Fineman, and getting rid of the IRS

Howard Fineman called me about a month ago. I've spoken to him before about other candidates. He didn't ask me much, he seemed to be just sort of 'checking in' I guess, to be sure there were real people in NH supporting Ron Paul.
In this video, he brings up the old question of whether Ron is advocating that people break the law. Of course Ron says he does not, but that people who try to challenge bad laws have to know what they are getting into and that they will suffer the consequences. This is but ONE of a series and if you poke around you can find the others.

Media Message to The Republicans

Ron Paul is the only candidate who can beat any Democrat in the Presidential race. If Ron Paul is not nominated as the Republican candidate for President, we will have a Democrat in the White House in 2008.

Fineman

I've spoken to him before but I can't seem to get him off the idea that Ron's ideas are 'radical' in any sense of the word. I keep telling him this man is common sense. He asked me simply why do I support him. It was the same in '96 with PJB. You just can't convince some of these people some of the time, they are so brainwashed.

Howard Fineman

is so far deep inside the Washington bubble that he thinks that these interviews will paint Ron Paul as a radical. Fineman and his bosses most likely have never had a conversation with an ordinary American in decades.

What they do not realize, is that Ron Paul's positions on taxation mirror the sentiments of millions of Americans. What is the quote Huck used? Most Americans would rather get mugged in the street than audited by the IRS.

So as they get their feedback from Washington dinner parties that they are doing a "good job", the rest of America is discovering a candidate that actually believes what most of America believes.

This attempt to marginalize Ron Paul is backfiring in a big way.

America is sick, call a doctor! Dr. Ron Paul.

Not learning from mistakes

Dr. Paul better start understanding what the media understands. He is talking to dumbed down, brainwashed and frightened people. Ron Paul must always pound home the fact that the Federal Government has no business deciding these things for states. He always gets cornered into looking like a flaming everything goes liberal!!! He needs to stop answering questions with his personal believes and start pounding home with every answer that the Constitution does not permit the FEDERAL government to rule on such things.

He still does not understand that he his being heard in "sound bites."

Fabulous!

I like the way Fineman kept probing. That's his job. RP is simply masterful.

Newsweak!

I love observing these hollow, self-important "Machine Driven" media mouthpieces attempts at protecting their ivory towers with propaganda barbs aimed to discredit someone of Dr. Paul impeccable character and clarity.! Mr. Fineman appears silly and small!! His glaringly obvious leanings toward the status quo in Israel are the true motivations for his disdain of Dr. Paul and his Policies. Stop insulting my intelligence!!!! already!

relax...

not every MSM journalist/pundit is a total hack. I've watched and listened to Fineman over the years and has never seemed to be any of the things you suggest. Their job is to ask questions; the tougher the better in MHO.

Bump

Some may have missed this. Excellent answers.
