Patriots!

John Gunby joined the American forces and formed an independent military company at his own expense. The equipping and maintaining of this company which was among the first to be organized cost Gunby most of his wealth. The company including officers numbered a hundred and three men.

Today John Gunby and his brave soldiers know the Rebublic is in peril in grave danger!

Today his spirit is asking you patriotic Americans to help Jake Towne become a Congressman so he can work for the restoration of our Republic.

He's the real deal! If he represents the youth movement, we've got no worries. I've picked up petitions to canvas with, pamphlets, and business cards. Jake gave us pocket Constitutions, and then followed us outside of the pizza shop to give us yard signs! I am most gratefull that he ALSO gave me two books to read...."The Law" (Frederic Bastiat) and Murray Rothbard's "What has Government Done to Our Money". Such generosity serves to fuel my desire to do my best to fill these signature sheets!

Jake was doing well this evening in the pizza shop. People were excited to meet with him, and the volunteers had everything prepared for us to pick up petitions. Think about that old movie..."It's a Wonderfull Life".......you do not KNOW how much you have affected this campaign...snow flakes can turn into avalanches!

I am devastated to say the least...
