Important Updates Regarding the Boston Tea Party Freedom Rally

This is a quick notice to all the Patriots who are already aware of the Boston Tea Party Freedom Rally event being held at Faneuil Hall in Boston this coming Sunday - especially to those of you who wanted to help us out financially. If you are not familar with this event, please click on the above link to learn more.
Summarizing the trouble we went through, due to the wonderful world of campaign finance law, we had to file, last minute, as a political action committee (The Liberty League). As we've been made aware, the Philadelphia group went through the same thing with their rally, and Ryan Hodinka from PA, who spent countless hours on the phone with the FEC, really helped us out, so a special thanks goes out to him.
Anyway, the current state of affairs has us in a bit of a complicated situation. If you donated to the ChipIn I used to have posted in my last entry, you are aware of the fact that we had to refund your money, because it was put into the personal account of one of our meetup members. We hope that you will consider redonating what you did before for advertising, etcetera. Note that any money we do not use in direct conjunction with this event will be donated (a maximum of $2300 from the PAC) to Ron Paul's official campaign on the 16th.
As it stands, we've opened a bank account specifically for The Liberty League, but because in doing that we also had to open a new PayPal account, which takes 2-5 days to verify, if you'd like to donate as soon as possible (which I highly encourage, of course), money can be wired directly to Bob French. He can be reached at 617-642-9357 and will be glad to accept your donation and answer questions you may have. If he cannot get to the phone, please leave a voicemail with your name and number to call you back at.
If you think a massive media blitz advertising this event in the New England area will help Ron Paul's chances in New Hampshire and beyond, then donate! We have a comprehensive media package put together and have many contacts with local outlets. All we need to do is write the check!
Also, I thought the faithful Daily Paulers might be interested to know that Michael Nystrom himself is on the executive board of this newly formed PAC, so you know it's quality :)
As soon as we are able (which will likely be sometime on December 11th), we will put up a link to the PayPal donation form with the appropriate FEC disclaimers, but still encourage you to wire money directly, as it is the most direct and effective way for us to make immediate use of your donation.
Thanks again to all of the amazing Ron Paul supporters out there. This is an unprecedented grassroots movement, and we should all be proud.

Corey, why isn't the schedule on the FRONT PAGE of the http://www.teaparty07.com... website?
Some people are thinking they are going to the 'other' rally on Boston Common o nthe 16th. I think the schedule should be right up front.....
Is Dr. Paul going to be there or not?
I was just listening to the interview carried on XM radio and Dr. Paul said a decision had been made not to attend. Does anyone have more info on this?

Old South Meeting House
Independent of any Ron Paul efforts, every year in Boston there is a reenactment of the Tea Party put on at the Old South Meeting House. If you would like to purchase tickets, you can contact me at CWhalen@gmail.com, as they cannot be ordered online, and someone in Boston has to go over and get them. Tickets are $5 each.

voter fraud
Maybe we should station a Ron Pauler at every voting station in the country with an affidavit at every site to be signed like a petition by voters for Ron Paul in order to match against the vote count per district then we would have a legal document when the vote scam occurs. have this notarized and ready to submit as evidence in a court proceeding. I'm not sure how to facilitate such a vast undertaking but its just an idea to kick around?

Did you all realize that the 911 Truthers are having a 'Tea Party' very close to this Tea Party for Ron Paul on the same day?
Someone just emailed me and asked why Cindy Sheehan and Michael Moore would be there. I was aghast. Turns out, they are having something on the same day.
But at the bottom of their website, they say this:
"On December 16th, 1773, American colonists dumped tea into the Boston Harbor to protest an oppressive tax. This December 16th, American citizens will dump millions of dollars into the Ron Paul presidential campaign to protest the oppressive and unconstitutional inflation tax - which has enabled a flawed foreign policy, a costly war and the sacrificing of our liberties here at home.

Wouldn't worry
The press might use them, they might not. I highly doubt Cindy Sheehan and Michael Moore will be there solely for a 9/11 rally. In any regard, yes, push people to the official schedule but trying to "make a plan" as to how to distinguish the two won't bear much fruit. 9/11 Truthers are Ron Paul supports by and large, most of them vote and most of them are not "Left Crazies." Like the good doc says, freedom is for all to use it how they see fit.
Meetup groups, be aware
The SF Meetup doesn't realize this and is praising Cindy Sheehan.
People need to be advised that the Ron Paul Tea Party is NOT the same as the 911 Truth event in Boston on the same day.
I cannot contact the Meetups in this area but someone else should.

Faneuil Hall
Hi,
I am a British school teacher, and I have visited Faneuil Hall in Boston and love your country and wish I could be there at this historic moment. Like 90% of Brits and Europeans, I am very worried for all of our freedoms.
Our media is less bias than yours, and most Brits know what is going on.
My worry is that over here, and in many countries the ballot is hand counted and on paper. In fact in the UK the hand counting is televised and takes some time!!
The support for Dr Paul is huge, his message of truth resonates with all people of all classes and beliefs. But how can you be sure the peoples votes will be counted? Suggestions on a postcard please!
Isn't it kind of foolish
to believe that the ballots will be counted fairly if Ron Paul is actually winning? Trillions of dollars are at stake, it is a commonly known fact that the voting system (DieBold) is easy to rig, and our current president is in office after some highly questionable ballot counting shenanigans. The straw poll events should prove they will cheat to make sure Ron Paul doesn't win. If Ron Paul does actually win, the only way he is ever going to be sworn in is if 2 or 3 million of us drive to DC and camp there until they give in.

Old Media Coverage?
I know I've mentioned this in other threads, but it bears repeating; have local and national news papers and stations been contacted?
This event, with the blimp and the money bomb and the simultaneous international tea parties, is big enough to get same day coverage by the msm.
We can't keep lamenting the fact that the Old Media ignores us if we don't make any attempts to get their attention.
Maybe somebody with the skill can even do an official press release!
Maybe we can pitch in to give a few tickets to some reporters.

What would be even better is if every techy took their laptops, sprint cards, webcams to the event and broadcast them on every webcam broadcast site like Stikcam to not only provide coverage of the event, but also perhaps allow those that are on the sites that have not heard about Ron Paul to get educated and involved! Just a thought....

What would be AWESOME is If anyone with a sprint card and a laptop and webcam would broadcast this live for those that cant afford to attend. A live stream and perhaps chat room set up would get those that are not in attendance a chance to participate and take part in the Tea Party and we would also know via the hits on the site how many people logged in to watch history in the making. I am sure that there is a tech savy individual that wouldnt mind toteing a laptop and equiptment to this event for just this purpose. I will personally see what it would take to add this to my personal page, and how much bandwith would be required to handle the flow of traffic and streaming video.

Remind everybody that it wasn't so long ago (1773) that John Hancock stood in Faneuil Hall and encouraged the colonists to support his call for opposition to the Brits. It worked well.
Same place, same call.
Hancock isn't around now, but Ron Paul and the rest of us are.
