Ron & Rand Paul - CNN Wolfe Blitzer 2/23/10

PATHETIC COWARD? It's called politics, if his opponents can lie to us to get elected, I think it would be wise of Rand to do some "maneuvering" on his part too. Ron doesn't have to because he's been in the game for so long.

Could someone please explain what Ron and Rand disagree on?
Ron states his position clearly, but that Rand. I can't understand where they differ on national defense.

Rand is such a pathetic coward. Don't wanna tick off Miss Palin though, right? Gotta support or brave imperial forces as they slaughter innocents now don't we. It's the only way to get elected in this mentally ill, bloodthirsty nation of public school indoctrinated sheep.

When Rand was schooling Wolf on government overspending their budgets Ron's smile was priceless. You could tell he was proud of Rand.

I thought for sure Blitzer had him trapped. He just got sidetracked by Rand's answer. It appears that Ron knows something we don't know. Here's hoping Rand becomes more transparent once the primary finishes.

Paying the supposed enemy not to fight is just theft of the treasury by the military industrial complex. Call me kooky but it seems the whole thing is a murderous criminal fraud. How on earth can a general knowing they're just paying the opposition not to fight continue to keep people there in harms way, kill innocent people and tell the world there is a war on ? it's bulls##t !!!

and he stayed true to the roots of Ron Paul's beliefs, this could be the crowning achievement of the elder Dr. Paul's career. Someone to carry on the demand for responsible, constitutional government, and from the Senate no less. I'm sure hoping the Kentucky people will see the light and elect Rand. Just on the basis of integrity, he's head and shoulders over the rank and file cronnies that the GOP would like to have "serve" (or should I say - screw) Kentucky. But watch out for the establishment, both GOP and Democrats will go all out to nip this Ron Paul offspring in the bud.

I do like Rand but...

One thing about Ron Paul is that he is a good listener and typically always ANSWERS the question.

Rand side stepped and brought in other good points and elements.. but still would not simply answer or address the questions given. To me this is the OLD (current) style politician, someone with an agenda that they never state.

I wish he would answer the question directly and then bring in the other points just as his dad does.

Ron, of course, is the grand master speaker, but I was really impressed with how Rand handled the questions. And if you watch Ron, you can see that he is really proud of his son.

It's like watching Yoda watching his apprentice, Luke, become a Jedi master.

Rand is starting to look like more and more a politician; not only his answers, but his face. But Ron just looks more and more alive and young. There is a huge difference in their body language and way of being.

To me it seems that Ron is becoming younger and younger every day. In this interview his way of being was like an enthusiastic kid who speaks wisdom.

This reminds me of Chinese idea real enlighted master is like a kid or a child. Word 'Tzu' means at the same time a master and a child. For example, Lao Tzu or Chuang Tzu.
