ITS ME AGAIN.... I really and truly think:
I think we should all email Trevor that Valentines day should be the next major event... we do need some time to recoup... get videos going, get media news going, etc. etc. etc...
And since the media has jumped on us for being REVOLUTIONARY how can they turn VALENTINES DAY AGAINST US.... no way... we show our LOVE that day for Ron Paul....
After today he will be rolling in dough for awhile and Valentines day is the PERFECT TIMING i.e. about two months away for the next money bomb -
Each one needs to be bigger and better than the last or else its just another ho-hum Ron Paul had another money bomb but not bigger than the last - we need TIME to regather our forces... get more videos out and this time STRESS LOVE for Ron Paul as our THEME.

Another idea
would be to give on the Paul's wedding anniversary - I believe it is in February and it will be their 50th. Valentine's Day is a bit trite (to me) and if you want to show love for Ron, what better way? Besides, you can get the point across of his commitment to family values, integrity, etc. for being married to the same woman for 50 years! It impresses me.

Anniversary date
The anniversary date for Ron and Carol paul is February 1st, 1957. So, I am off a year... that would make it 51 years. Still...

I like your idea about emphasizing strong family values, plus it would hit the news right before Super Tuesday.
When does the campaign need it?
We're in this to win and we should plan a date based on the campaign's need first, symbols second. We want to avoid a repeat of the indecision in late November due to the moneybombs being set too far apart. Besides, the newsworthiness of breaking our own record a second time will be much lower (another $10-15 million? we already know he can raise money, says MSM), Let's just focus on getting Ron the cash he needs to win when he needs it, even in smaller increments.
My vote: New Year's Eve. And another one two weeks after that.

He was a civil rights leader just like Ron Paul! The message could be something like "in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. and Ron Paul, two civil rights leaders, the Ron Paul revolution will donate to the Ron Paul campaign in order to further the idea of individual rights and liberty!"

Here in Alabama. MLK day is also celebrated as Robert E Lee's bday. Which has to piss off a few folks. I'm sure they don't want another white man all up on his day.
