They just decided to start taxing Presidential Campaign donations, rushed it through congress to hurt the campaign and fund another operation of Osama.. ;) J/k.....

No worries.....
I'm sure it's just a computer glitch. The server crashed on Sunday just before midnight due to the volume of donations coming in, and the counter jumped backwards. The counter was restored when the system got back up. I have faith in the campaign's IT team, so relax, and enjoy the peaceful revolution.
Now the ticker is
gone completely.

Maybe it's an indication that money is no longer a limiting factor and we need to stop obsessing with it and get out and spread the word?

Showing that we would have raised the 12M (campaigns goal) without the tea party, so the tea party in itself was a TOTAL bonus. Going above and beyond, etc. Just guessing here.

Just visited Ron Paul 2008 and it says I need the new flash version in order to see the ticker.
I was just wondering the same thing.
Maybe they are "looking over" the contributors. I doubt it though.
One thing of interest is the idea that saboteurs may have had something to do with the contributions--i.e. stolen card numbers. The press would be all over that.

Let's hope that it some sort of accounting or software error and they didn't have to return money for reason... It looks like it went down by an amount comparable the amount raised on the 16th.

Isn't that about what we raised on TeaParty day. Maybe they removed those funds from the ticker...????
