The Chairman of the MI GOP has given up on trying to censor Ron Paul.
With only 14 signatories, his petition did not get very far...

Saul throws up his hands
The Michigan GOP site just posted a blog by Saul that he's throwing in the towl on his petition. In a last cowardly act, he did it heading into the weekend so it would be buried in the news cycle:

Also, Paul is polling better in NH:

He's #4 for the announced (#5 if you include the unannounced Fred Thompson), but he is above the 1% background noise.
It isn't even summer yet, so don't expect him to poll higher, but he would be very hard to ignore.
