Feel free to post your comments, links and anything else you'd like the world to know about here. I ask that you follow these loose guidelines:

1) Even though this is an unofficial site, you are still representing Dr. Paul in the eyes of the public. Please don't write anything that Dr. Paul himself wouldn't say or wouldn't approve of, or that would reflect badly on Dr. Paul or the campaign. Therefore, don't trash other candidates, don't use bad words, etc. Keep your focus on the good and the positive and on hope.

2) ALWAYS spell check and grammar check your work before posting. The new Firefox has a built in spell checker. Misspelled words get a red underline, and if you right click on them, you get some options from a built-in dictionary.

3) Please do not post the text of entire articles on other sites. Feel free to post a short intro, and then a link to the original article. Unfortunately, YouTube videos cannot be embedded in the forum, but feel free to link to them. Just copy and paste the address, and it will turn into a link automatically.

4) I can and will delete inappropriate comments and ban disruptive users. This includes blatant commercials, excessive profanity, personal attacks on other users, multiple identical postings on different threads, EXCESSIVE USE OF CAPITAL LETTERS.

Please be nice and follow Dr. Paul's living example of kindness, respect and humility. Let me know if you have any questions.

I set this up to be an open forum for the honest discussion of ideas and the search for truth. In order for this to work, everyone must play by the rules and respect the community. While I don't want to get into the habit of banning people or deleting posts and / or comments, if you don't respect the community, then you are not welcome here.

Any of the following will be sure to get you banned without warning:

Can you please define what your guidelines are for censorship? Or is it if anyone deems it "sensitive" to their liking that they can get rid of it with one click. If it is profane or radical in the violent sense I can understand that. This sounds like it runs contrary to the Constitutional theme of Dr. Paul. Perhaps some of the Daily Paul people need to toughen up a little. It is starting to sound like the Communist (Democratic) Party whining. I have news for the Ron Paul nation, if you can't handle most of what I have seen that has been censored, Hillary (should she get the nod) will run right over you like a steamroller on her way to the free Government handouts!!!

Like the 2 I posted today. Ron Paul wins independent poll and Ron Paul wins Mormon poll. Both with verifiable links. Both are gone,both were good news for the campaign. In someones fit of zealous righteousness they are throwing out the baby with the bathwater. If censorship is what we will get with a Paul presidency I will reconsider where my vote will go. The 911 and the Wanta issue are at the core of any effort to re-establish democratic government in this nation. To shrink from stating the truth and demanding answers would be to give an easy victory to the criminal forces at work in DC. Dr. Paul knows what is expedient at this time for open discussion and his platform. Whoever is gatekeeping here be careful you dont pull out wheat with the tares.

I'm not sure I'm into creating some kind of "blacklist" of un-paul-like people and then stacking their ideas into an imaginary bonfire and watching them burn as we dance around.

Doesn't smell like Freedom and Tolerance to me.

With that said, if there are people spouting off lies as though they are facts, then maybe they should just be ignored or corrected. I just don't know who is to be the Judge of what reality is out here.

I sure hope I don't get "blacklisted", I enjoy exchanging ideas out here. Even though I choose not to agree with some.

Daily Paul is listed as a news forum. After being on here for several months, I have noticed a huge change in the postings in here. This site has gone from getting Dr Paul's message out to utter chaos and misinformation. It seems that the closer that Dr Paul gets to winning the nomination, the more the dicussion and posts turn to conspiracy theories, let's attack this media outlet, let's determine how Dr Paul feels on this issue. We have gone from posting the positive things the campaign and meetup groups are doing, the positive articles from the media etc into negative posts that are causing RP supporters to say "That's not true!", or having to defend what is correct.

After reading two articles a month or so ago from two major newspapers in the country that had DailyPaul quotes from 3 supposed Ron Paul supporters that were very negative references to what Dr Paul actual stood for, I had had enough. Don't you all realize that the media is sitting in here waiting as are other candidates staff and sometimes actual planting supposed Ron Paul supporters in here to get their big story to try to use these posters to represent all of us?? I remember the names of the posters when they put the topics on the forum and I knew as soon as they did this what would happen.

As far as I'm concerned, the so-called "freedom of speech" argument by some in here has been abused and has only hurt Dr Paul and his chances to win. If anyone wants to know his views, go to the campaign website, they are all listed and thoroughly explained. I want him to win and personally, I'm tired of flagging these negative posts because it's a waste of time. It's Mikes website and his posts and Jane's posts are what I want to see and know about. My opinion? We are getting too close to the primaries and I don't care about negative news articles, personal radical opinions about what some think Dr Paul represents.

I think the best way DailyPaul can serve Dr Paul and his supporters right now is to have people submit video's, articles, fundraising, caucus status, news etc that they feel should be posted on Daily Paul. We have discussed journalists, negative news stories, other candidates to death and NOW is the time to be told what is really happening, what does Dr Paul need for us to do and how we can get him elected. School is almost out, the time for personal opinions is over and now its time for the test and what we can do to get a A+ for Dr Paul.
