Elsewhere on this site someone suggested mini-RP blimps, but balloons. That is replicas of the big blimp but small so they could be inflated with helium and taken around to various sites. I think this is a pretty cool idea.

Balloons are cheap and meetups could have fun taking them to malls, libraries, dorms, etc.
