Calling all CHICKEN SUITS for the Fox Forum (Jan. 6th)
IMAGINE THIS: Chickens suits with Fox T-shirts on holding signs that say "Fox is chicken on Ron Paul" crashing the debate Jan 5th. We would get a laugh and great coverage and those chicken suits are toasty.
Ok seriously now their has got to be a way we can have fun with this. Being Positive, funny and promoting freedom are good ingredients and when you add the media coverage. How can we use this situation and their event to show America what we are made of. Maybe not the chicken suit, I was joking, but I think somehting comical and positive for Dr. Paul would work here. We will most likely get some coverage because Fox is not going to want to look like the bad guy. We need to capitalize on that coverage so the whole during the debate people will be saying man those RP guys a good sports and pretty damn funny as well.
Your thoughts??

let's stick it to them
we should make a video for you tube
if someone has access to a chicken farm - it would be great to shoot a flock of chickens wearing FOX insignia and post it
Chicken Fox has to become a household phrase, second only to chicken pox
What a brilliant original
What a brilliant original idea,or so I thought, until I saw the "Been there, done that" post! Just the heading cracked me up.The video is priceless!
I can`t stop from laughing just thinking about a flock of chicken suits!
I would LOVE to see this happen!
Hold up signs is FOX Chicken?
Is FOX chicken? In a chicken suit of course...
with other supporters sporting signs "Ron Paul gets FOXED"
ie;
Fox can't handle the truth
Fox ducking RP!
Fox-FAUX NEWS!
FOX DISCRIMINATES!!!
Fox-Profiling Candidates!!

Sounds like Ron Paul gets out-foxed.... dont like this saying...
New Fox News Blog Spot - Flood with Ron Paul
My Yahoo page that displays Fox News Headlines just displayed "New Section: You Decide 2008" which is a Blog section.
We need to get over there and flood it with Ron Paul. I was on the Fred Thompson article and I didn't see any about Ron Paul until I added the article. Do a little Fox News bashing while you're there too.

Could also use Chicken Balloons
Great Idea I like it! Could also use Chicken Balloons like the mini Blimp balloons. Have some of both.

Still A Funny Idea
Faux still is afraid of Ron Paul. Anyone in NY with a chicken suit should stand outside their studio with a sign. Faux News is Afraid of Ron Paul.

Ron Paul NOT excluded from Fox debate
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some sloppy reporting, instant web indignation, and holiday vacations produced a surge of hysteria that might have been avoided.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
by William Westmiller
(Libertarian)
One of the hazards of instant mass communication is that incorrect stories can get distributed immediately. A particular hazard during holiday vacations.
There is NO NH DEBATE on January 6th. Ron Paul was NOT EXCLUDED. That event was canceled three weeks ago.
Ron WILL participate in the January 5th ABC/WMUR GOP debate in New Hampshire.
So, what happened?
Months ago, NH GOP chairman Fergus Cullen had been in touch with FoxNews about a possible forum on January 6th. He had even contacted all the GOP candidates to see whether they were available. However, plans for the ABC debate were finalized with all candidates early in December and Cullen "threw in the towel." See "OUTFOXED" in the NH Union Leader of December 16th.
At that time, Cullen had not received a response from Ron Paul, who had committed to a conflicting luncheon at the Liberty Forum at the same time.
Skip ahead to December 27th, when the Union Leader reported that all candidates had agreed to the ABC/WMUR debate and reporter GARRY RAYNO added a confusing paragraph about Giuliani finally agreeing to the (canceled) January 6th forum, which had already been converted into a simple state GOP brunch.
Due to the timing of this article, there was no way to confirm who will or won't attend the brunch, but it is not a broadcast debate and has nothing to do with FoxNews. Nevertheless, a blog in Washington picked up the story, scrambled it and their "BHDC Staff" reported a list of the candidates who would be attending, which did not include Ron Paul (he hadn't officially confirmed, due to the conflict).
That story was picked up by the AP Newswire, which added some information that it had from a month earlier about the format being discussed.
Finally, the AP article was picked up by Lew Rockwell and passed along to DailyPaul.com, with all the errors intact. Of course, a firestorm ensued on all the Ron Paul nets before the information could be verified. Immediately, thousands of messages went to FoxNews and the NH GOP protesting the exclusion.
Unfortunately, the Ron Paul campaign didn't sort out the facts before sending out a news release blasting Fox for their "outrageous" conduct, even if they did note that the information had not been confirmed. From there, the report spread into dozens of blogs and news commentaries.
An unfortunate false alarm. Lesson: Fast news is sometimes "bad" news. Look before you leap.
The debate which was cancelled has been replaced by a forum
Without an audience. Ron Paul is excluded from it, as of 12/30 pm.

Still in favor of a Newscorp stock selloff
I take umbrage at Fox's political views and still support a stock selloff. Sock it to 'em.
stop
spamming the board with this the official website still reads the same as it did findable here: http://www.ronpaul2008.co...
Does this mean we have to stop now? DAMN IT!
Happy New Year to ALL!

From the rubber chicken circuit
RP calls Fox chicken. I say there's a fox in America's hen house.
Lets mail a couple hundred thousand rubber chickens to Fox and see if they can take a joke.
I also like the idea of a synchronized "jump in" (Ron Paul supporters hopping mad)
Tesla almost brought down a city block by accident with a small machine mounted to a steel beam in his NYC lab.
Somebody would have to work out the harmonics and timing but I bet we could surround the venue and at least get the cameras to shake a little inside. Have you ever been stopped on the GW bridge and felt the shake from vehicles hitting expansion joints on the other deck? Might be worth a try, fill your pockets with gold, your backpack with bottled water and bring some friends from the all you can eat buffet, link arms and tune to the shortwave clock beat and lets see what happens. Some of you math wiz types might be able to calculate the number of people needed to make a noticeable vibration during the broadcast but I'm sure it could be done. ;-)

Washington doesn't need more lawyers.
It needs a doctor!
Dr. Ron Paul *** RX for Freedom
Good idea!
and I remember reading about that Tesla feat.........awesome!
Fox News: The Neocon Network
Thanks Chicken suit guys! lmao

TROLL ALERT
please Ron Paul supporters....do not do this
Lighten up Francis

Fox hunter?
Wouldn't it be better to dress up as foxhunters?
Been there, done that. I was
Been there, done that.
I was arrested for wearing a chicken suit at a debate when my man was excluded last year. I was lucky, the charges against me were dropped at my court date.
The other chicken had gotten fined and 30 hours of community service from a different judge.
http://youtube.com/watch?...
We used those chicken suits three times, here's the vid of the debate in Cincinnati: http://youtube.com/watch?...
On what grounds were you
On what grounds were you arrested? That looked like a blatant violation of your rights by jack-booted police-state thugs. Should I have stood on my head while watching the video?

Poobaar, Actually I don't
Poobaar,
Actually I don't think we were arrested, but each given tickets for failing to comply with a police order and jay walking.. The failure to comply was based on the fact that when dozens of people were in the street because the sidewalk was packed, the LEO's told veryone via their vehicle P.A. system to get on the sidewalk, which no one did. They did take us about 2 miles away from the TV station the debate was being held at, wrote us the tickets and then we went on our way.
If by chance anyone does plan on doing something of this nature, let me give you a couple of tips:
- Don't high five the candidate when he gets out of his state funded Escalade and walks through the crowd because all the other candidate's supporters wouldn't let his ride through. Haa haa haa, I can imagine what he thought when he high fived me and felt rubber, not skin. He then looked at me and walked away. This was the cat who Bush JR., had a fundraiser for. I don't remember exactly how much it was, but a normal ticket was something like $1500 and if you wanted a pic w/ Bush it was something like $10k.
- Regardless of who else is doing what, if the cops tell the crowd something, do it. You will be singled out and harrased.
I see so many similiarities with Bill and RP and their campaigns. The sad part about this chicken suit deal is that it was pretty much the only MSM news coverage of Bill's campaign.
That was a tough gig, knowing Bill wasn't going to win. I spent A LOT of time on his campaign. I am glad RP is running, he has a very good chance to win.
So your weren't arrest for
So your weren't arrested for wearing a chicken suit but for not following a police order and jay walking. I don't see why this should discourage anyone from wearing a chicken suit if they please just don't do anything that would give them cause to write s ticket or arrest you..
BTY I enjoyed the videos and I thought the chicken suit idea was great!

Is this what the Good Dr. Meet Have Fun
Let me start off with a serious note the only thing missing was someone like me coming from the sideline and making the hard tackle. That was great and the music to match! Did the morning paper headline read, “Police Arrest Two Chicken’s Crossing the Street”. Just think how many jail-cells they would need for RP supports.
You guys Rock and made my Day!
Ca. for the Good Dr. Paul
Haa haa, I can look back now
Haa haa, I can look back now and laff. When it was going down, I was pretty miffed. I didn't want an failure to comply with a police order on my record.
It was on the AM news station shortly after it went down and didn't make the front page, it was buried in the back of the front section. My mom and uncle heard it on the radio and they knew it was me. Neither of them knew I was going to do the chickening, but knew I was heavily involved with Bill's campaign.
Too funny! + question re NH piece in WSJ
The video sound track makes it hilarious. Great relief after a full day of campaigning for Dr Paul.
Has anyone been able to post a link to the Wall Street Journal opinion piece titled "Ron Beats Rudy?" by Andrew Cline, editor of the New Hampshire Union Leader? It appears in today's weekend edition but only subscribers can get it on line. I bought a paper, found it on page A10, and I'm trying to figure out a way to share it here. This link only gets it started, but it credits extraordinary supporter enthusiasm to conclude that "the shy obstetrician from Texas could be the surprise story of the New Hampshire primary."
http://online.wsj.com/art...
Interesting though... News Corp (owner of Fox News)...
... also owns WSJ. I've always kinda like the WSJ though!
WSJ
is a recent acquistion of News Corp.
watch it slither into mindless propoganda soon.
Copy the Text and paste it my man??

You are my hero man!!
I think I I may have burst a blood vessel I was laughing so hard. Thanks for sharing.
:)
:)
AWESOME IDEA! Honestly...
AWESOME IDEA! Honestly... the best! It's funny, clever and truthful. It will either force the media to mention why people are out there in chicken suits, thereby making faux look like the knobs that they are, or they have to ignore you. Ya gotta have the faux news are chicken of ron paul t-shirts on, though.
Too bad someone can't come up with something snappy about Chris Wallace taking HIS marching orders from...... someone, something (?)
DO it!
How about "Wallace works for the CFR"
The CFR was of course formed by the same people who put the FED fraud together which also started the league of Nation's later know as the U.N.
Not bug stuff or anything... Just kidding.
How about
Chicken suits, with a fox tail.
Great idea!
And maybe some could have signs, which could read
"Fox News: Fake and Bloated"
or
"Fox News: The Neocon Network"
or ... anyone else?
Love the idea.
But I'm afraid it could be used against us.
"This just in: Paultards dressed as chickens storm the Republican debates. Now, Diane, how do they get those suits around their foil hats."
Okay How about one Chicken Suit with a mob of supporters??
I like the idea of a whole mob of chicken suits,
but I think one suit and many supporters could be harder to spin against us. You should post it if you do it. Get us a YouTube link if you do.
I bet thousands show up to rally on the 6th. I'm checking out New Hampshire ticket prices right now on orbitz....
P.S. I think the Fox debate is the 6th and the ABC debate is the 5th (I think).
My brother inlaw lives in NH 30 miles from Goffstown
I am calling all Chic-fil-a's in the area to see if we can rent or borrow the suits. Hell if they are Paulites maybe they could just show up in full attire.
Now we need Huge eggs to put banners on with things like the Iraq War, George Bush, Neo-Con Agenda and so on!!!
This would be a funny way to steal they show and poke fun at them.
Come guys let's make this happen!
the only chic-fil-a I know
the only chic-fil-a I know of in NH is in pheasant lane mall in nashua
Rich in NH
Thanks for the tip I will be on the Horn Directly!
http://www.givemeliberty....
Thats actually a pretty funny idea.
I'd certainly notice chicken suits. More power to ya if you can get this going.
i can almost see this becoming reality
never underestimate the paulites
I think this is a poor idea.
I think this is a poor idea. Gives them more reasons to call us wackos and kooks. How about we just get a large group with signs to stand outside and show support for Ron Paul.
Humor is universal man!
As long this isn't affiliated and it's in the spirit of fun I don't see a problem but maybe your right.
