Urgent!!!-12.5k needed for new ads

Dear Fellow Ron Paul Supporter,

I am writing to let you know about a new grassroots project that needs your support. Operation Broadcast Freedom is seeking to produce grassroots television advertisements for Ron Paul and purchase air-time covering large markets in key primary states. We currently have four high-quality, broadcast-ready ads made by video professional and Ron Paul supporter Jeremiah Black. These ads are powerful, well-made and we feel they will have a real impact. We have applied as a PAC with the Federal Elections Commission in order to fundraise and operate complete within the law. The application is in process and the PAC name will be Citizens for Smaller Government. We are operating as transparently as possible so that people will know their money is being put to good use.

We already have two MAJOR endorsement ads planned that will target primarily the Republican base. One ad will address illegal immigration and feature a leading figure in the illegal immigration debate, which is one of the major issues with conservative voters. The other ad will feature a prominent religious leader addressing core conservative principles and Ron Paul's voting record. Ron Paul needs the votes of the conservative base to win.

Right now deadlines are VERY tight and we need a quick boost in fundraising to make these and and for the buys in Michigan, South Carolina, and Nevada to air them. Please spread the word to your fellow Ron Paul supporters and encourage them to get behind this important project. Right now we have a unique opportunity to use television to our advantage and get Ron Paul's name and message to the masses.

88,000 is not that much for the campaign.

These commercials are 100x better than anything the campaign has produced, this just makes me so angry.

I just viewed these ad and they are quite elegant in their simplicity and directness. I'll try to donate some money, but I've already sent hundreds to the campaign. Seems you need lots more than 13K as well if we need to fund production and air time. Comes to a 200K.

Is the campaign doing any targeting of MTV or other niche cable markets? I've also seen some cool youtube ads using music and visuals without voiceovers that are, at least, alot of fun to watch. Voters in these primary states are being deluged with typical production candidate talking head ads with promises and slogans. Productions that are unique may grab more attention.

Main thing is I just hope Dr. Paul can finish in the top 3 on Tuesday...there will be momentum and money after that if he does.

$13,000 is nothing compared to 4+million, or 6+million or 20 million dollars.
